We live in a beautiful valley on 30 acres, that not many people know about. We're joined by 3 friendly dogs, 4 horses, 2 alpacas, 4 Galloway cows and chooks, along with the resident wildlife including many birds, kangaroos, koalas, shy owls, and even an echidna! All this, plus beautiful views from atop our hills, right to the lake, and the delightful winter creek complete with frogs. We are close to the McLaren Vale wine region as well as wineries throughout the Hills and 35 minutes to the coast of Victor Harbor. The Greenman Inn is 5 minutes down the road and has wonderful food from Wed to Sun if you do not feel the urge to cook with wood fires for the cold nights or a gorgeous outdoor area for the warmer months. At present, we offer two areas for camping. Topspot which has lovely views and is quite secluded amongst the tree tops. This site is suitable for tents and camper trailers (need reasonable backing skills and 4WD) The Laneway which is close to the babbling creek is suitable for those with a small caravan, or motorhome, 2WD etc, along with tent campers. (but would struggle with large caravans/motorhomes - please check with hosts) (The Lookout/Highview has spectacular views and is suitable for tents and camper trailers, accessible by low-range 4WD (or AWD if the weather is dry) - Please note this site is currently closed due to stock rotation.) If you have any doubts about which to book, please ask. AUTUMN/WINTER MONTHS: if we receive considerable rain the trek up to the hill sites could become slippery and not accessible as it is a farm paddock, therefore unfortunately your booking may need to be cancelled. NOTE: On our farm there is limited phone coverage in the valley (The Laneway) Topspot and The Lookout/Highview do have coverage. Pets are welcome, however, please ensure they are kept under control (unless discussed with the host) at all times as we have our livestock and are surrounded by neighboring livestock, as well as the wildlife that frequently visits. Please note: This is an active small farm, therefore work may need be continued throughout your stay possibly necessitating the use of machinery and tending to our livestock. If you wish to see some of the animals up close, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. We ask that all fires be contained within the fire pit provided and a portable toilet is available for your use. BUSHFIRE SEASON: Wood and open fires are not permitted in the bushfire season, therefore you will not be able to use the fire pits.

Beautiful peaceful spot
Such a beautiful spot with views of the surrounding countryside and gentle sounds of mooing cows in the distance Well maintained, with extremely clean and comfortable toilet, felt like glamping! Would highly recommend this spot and the helpful and friendly hosts. Sam was so kind, kept us informed about the weather and even had some lovely eggs and home-made cookies for us on arrival!

The Laneway
The Laneway at Noorla Farm is a lovely spot. Easy to access in a 2WD sedan, plenty of space for the tent and to make camp. Sam was a lovely host, bringing a yummy goodie basket on arrival. Bird life is wonderful! Never seen so many Yellow Tailed Black Cockatoos in one place.

The Lookout/Highview
We loved our stay at The Topspot for 2 nights over the weekend. A very picturesque camping spot, beautiful views everywhere you looked. The fire pit was well used and the little toilet was very cute and set up nicely. The property owners are very friendly and helpful, thinking of all the little extras to make the stay special. The kids loved all the farm animals.
