Athentic Italian place
A very good place to stay, very well located in the middle of the Barossa Valley, it’s a nice stop for a night during your wine trip in the valley.
Charlie is really helpful and attentive to your comfort.
He took the time during a Sunday afternoon to present the vineyard and the wine in details during a very good tasting.
Add in the top of it, a very good Italian lunch prepared by his son and you’re really in the middle of Italy !
Definitely recommended for a night.

Camping in the vines
Charlie and his family are amazing! The winery, the food and his wines are some of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over the globe with my motorcycle. To be honest I will make a yearly trip to see him again! I had just come out of the desert on my motorcycle and he and his family were some of the most amazing prime I have met travelling. The view from his winery are the best in the Barossa and if you like real Italian food and some of the best wines that compete with 1500 dollar bottles for under 100 bucks you have to stop and stay with them! The only place I will stay in the Barossa hands down! 11 out of 10.. seriously 💯

A must stay when in the region. What could be better than waking up to rolling hills, vineyards and wildlife. Great wine and delicious food available on your tent doorstep. Charlie was nothing short of an extraordinary host and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

lovely views, several awesome spots to choose from. The cellar door makes wonderful food and wine, very friendly people. Really enjoyed our totally relaxing weekend.

Beautiful sunrise over the vineyard
From the second we pulled up the driveway we were blown away and knew we had made the perfect choice to book to stay at God's Hill. Charlie greeted us and showed us the perfect place for us to camp for the night. We then treated ourselves to a wine tasting and some delicious food. The passion and love that Charlie has for wine and for the land is obvious. These two tassie girls had a wonderful night sitting and enjoying the view and a bottle of wine and then woke up to the most beautiful sunrise over the vineyard. Definitely will be coming back to visit here.
