Overall, the view from the top is magnificent. But it is constantly windy 24-7. So it's not anyone's fault.

Fantastic location, exceptional views and tranquil setting and a clean area with fire pit.
Host Toby is quick with messages and accomadating.

The camp has incredible views, the site is flat so great for swags, a good size fire pit and even though the campsite is very open it is secluded . We had a couple of cars go past on the road from the the Southern camp
but we couldn't see or hear them.
It does pay to check weather forecast as it was unbelievably windy on day 2 and there is no escape from it on top of the hill. We used this day to drive the back rounds and see the counrty side and visit Eudunda and Robertstown. Both towns are pretty quiet but managed a beer at the Pub in Eudunda and had a picnic lunch in the little Park in Robertstown.
We had our own porta potty and there was the perfect tree to position it behind. We took our own wood butToby , the host ,did leave us some for a cost of $30. We were able to use most of it but some logs a bit big so left it behind for the next campers....always good karma 😉 So even though we experienced 4seasons in 2 days ( it rained also 😅) we loved the camp site and highly recommend it. 😊

Downhill run was a fantastic place on the hill. Stunning views and luckily we had no wind and a warm night. Complete privacy apart from a few morning sheepy visitors :)

Great spot, very secluded (even though you’re on a ridge). Beautiful view. Chilli and windy at night, so the camp fire provided is helpful. Glorious during the day.

Second time here. I like the spot a lot but this weekend was exceptionally windy with rain, so not pleasant weather wise. I’ll come back again though.

Situated on top of the hill, the view was absolutely breathtaking! The place was easy to find and get to. The road into the campsite was not that bad, accessible to sedans. Toby gave us enough wood to last through the night. Got quite windy at night but was expected.

Absolutely fantastic site. We got there when it was already dark but we’re blown away by how beautiful the view was the next morning. The stars were also fantastic

The view from the site was amazing especially sunrise!!! Very quiet and peaceful, and sometimes the sheep coming. The toilet is tidy enough. It could be really windy but otherwise it’s just amazing. Toby is very helpful, his dad came to drop some firewoods and he was really lovely to chat :)
Thanks for great stay, I would like to go back again!

What a epic spot this was ! Such a nice drive to the camp site and when you arrive it's really quite stunning . Toby is a great lad easy to communicate with in messages and asked to buy some wood off him and it was all there cut up ready to go . Trust me you want to have that fire going 🔥🥶 He popped up to camp to say g'day in the afternoon and have a yarn.
Would highly recommend this place for some solitude and peace.

Location on top of the ridge over looking Point Pass and Robertstown was phenomenal. Timber supplied by Toby was well priced and substantial.
Great communication skills by Toby throughout the experience, directions to the site was well thought out for us that where towing a camper.

Beautiful and secluded spot, loved seeing the sheep frolicking around and a good fire pit and toilet! Do take care going up the hill if you have a 2wd as it’s windy and uneven - probably a struggle if you have low ground clearance. No issue for us but just to note

Toby is an amazing host! Personally delivered some firewood for a very fair price too. The drive there was rough but definitely accessible by 2wd. We checked out the south corner ground and it had plenty of space, amazing views, plus there was a toilet. Unfortunately me and my friends pulled out due to the weather. But for the short time we had Toby on the phone he has been nothing but helpful. We'll definitely be back on a sunny day!

Absolutely beautiful spot! We stayed in the northern corner which had lovely views, flat area for our swag and isolated (which we loved) will definitely be back :)

Amazing views and very clean lovely toilet. Sadly we got horrible weather (dust storm) so only stayed one night out of 3. The spot was very quiet and up high so had a great view and peaceful. We will definitely be back again in better weather!

What a wonderful experience to be one of the first to camp on Toby's land. Spectacular views overlooking Robertstown in the distance. Great host communication and a pleasant visit on arrival to check all ok. Long drop composting toilet is first class, with alot of thought put into its construction.
Would recommend 4WD/SUV/ute/van for access however doable in a 2WD car if you take it easy on the gravel roads.
Would highly recommend, and not all that far from Adelaide. This camp will only get better as Toby creates his vision for the experience.
