The peace and quiet along with the beautiful scenery added to a fantastic 5 day stay at Creekside. The campsite had lush green grass which was well maintained and a fire pit was provided. Wood was available from Owen and Wendy who were amazing hosts. Will definitely be back.

We originally booked for 1 night and stayed for 5. We camped at the Creekside camp which was a lovely grassed area with lots of space. The area was well maintained and even had a shade shelter with table and chairs. The camp is private, quiet and with a lovely outlook over the creek and a fire pit is provided. We caught numerous catfish, which was fun, and 2 quite large lungfish which we photographed and released unharmed back into the water.
Owen and Wendy are lovely friendly hosts who were very accommodating after we had a booking hiccup with another site. We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Wrights on the river. It's a lovely spot with a large body of water, great for water based activities & fun for the whole family. We will be going back again! It's an excellent spot for group camping, with two large caravan/tent sites side by side. If you want to ensure privacy we would recommend booking both sites, which is what we did. Owen was very welcoming & their place is very easy to find.

The area is absolutely beautiful right on the river where we could swim, kayak & fish. Nice and relaxing and a very well set up area. The fur babies also enjoyed their stay🐶🐕🐕🦺

We loved camping at Wrights on the River. Our host Owen and Wendy were very welcoming and helpful. We camped right on the river beautiful level soft grass site with easy access to river for kayaking or just relaxing enjoying the changing waterscape with the passing of the day. Quiet, peaceful apart from the bird song and occasional moo from the cows in the next meadow. Definitely a new favourite. Thankyou Owen & Wendy

An amazing spot on the creek. Fire pit, privacy, green grass and fishing - absolutely perfect!! We had no problems getting up and down the hill but be mindful of your vehicle's capability if towing as access to the site is quite steep.

Owen and Wendy have such a beautiful, secluded camping area set up right in a river with private access. I had the most peaceful night waking up to the sounds of birds. I will definitely be back.

Camp for one night at creek side. What a beautiful spot. Nice, clean,soft green grass and flat grounds. Beautiful birds around and fishing is good. Owen was really welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Fire pit, potable water and seat bench was an excellent bonus. Highly recommend this place

Absolutely amazing.🤩 Secluded wonderland with uninterrupted water views and no neighbours. The most amazing sunset and starry nights, followed by gorgeous sunrise reflections over the water. The owners are so friendly, welcomed us and guided us on arrival.. We can’t wait to come back! 😍🧡🏞️

Really great camp site, exactly like the photos. Nice and quiet and very clean. Our family really enjoyed it. Good spot to sit and relax for a few days. Fishing was good. Could even take the dogs which was really good. Owners were very nice and helpfull. We will definitely go back and recommend others.

Had a lovely time at this wonderful spot. Peaceful (no road noise), quick drive to town and Owen has made the site really comfortable - flat camp spot with well maintained grass, water m track water available, covered table area and offers optional firewood. Has fire pit and seats also. Just ask around very relaxing and serene right next to the water, would absolutely recommend. Thanks Owen!

Thanks Owen and Wendy for letting us stay at this absolutely beautiful campsite, very nice and secluded. Hard to believe it’s so close to town but yet so far away. Magnificent wildlife. Including the beautiful kingfishers, and a friendly platypus. 100% would stay here again. Have already recommended it to friends and family.

Amazing campsite and great views, highly recommend to anyone who loves camping and fishing. Hosts were also very welcoming and helpful. Only downside is the toilet, however this would not stop us from going back!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Very private space with ample room and awesome extras - covered seating/shelter, fresh water plumbed from the house for your convenience, clean and well maintained outback toilet and super friendly hosts!
Owen And Wendy have created such a beautiful space that allows you to take in the nature the area has to offer - everything from the kingfishers along the bank to the cheeky platypus playing along the edges of the river.
Honestly cannot wait to go back there 🙌

We had a relaxing two day stay at Creekside. Beautiful grassed site with easy access to the freshwater creek. Outstanding views, plenty of birdlife including flocks of pelicans.
Would recommend and will be back.

This is an idyllic spot right on the river, private and peaceful with abundant birdlife and beautiful sunset views. A lovely place to unwind. We were here for 5 nights and would have loved to explore the river with the kayaks that are usually available but the owner was away so maybe another time. It was great to have use of the picnic shelter and tank water. So close to the historic town of Maryborough where we went exploring on our bikes. Great feed on a Friday night at the local Granville pub.

📍🏕️ Wrights on the river, Tinana Creek 10 minutes from Maryborough. Owen and Wendy have created this beautiful picturesque stay right along a freshwater creek. Great for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Grounds are kept in immaculate condition. A private and tranquil place to get away and escape. 10/10 stay and will be coming back again.
