Wompoo Eco Retreat in the Daintree rainforest is an ideal escape for couples or singles, a romantic getaway for honeymooners and for people looking for a quiet time with nature. Our retreat is located on 5 acres of a beautiful mix of Daintree rainforest, panoramic views and open space. Ideally located close to Cow Bay beach, as well as numerous fresh waterholes, creeks, restaurants and rainforest boardwalks. It is also a convenient location to Cape Tribulation and the Daintree River. The property features two bungalows, both are private and independent and share similar design features and guest amenities.

Al-fresco kitchen - Private outdoor undercover facilities to cook your own meals during your stay. Private bathroom - Complete with a rain shower and open views of the mountains and rainforest. Outdoor bath tub - Soak up the views after a day exploring the Daintree, in a private rammed earth bath. Fridge & condiments - We provide basic condiments for you to use when cooking during your stay. Cooking equipment - Crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking materials are provided for your use. Handmade soap - Handmade soap and bath salts are provided, made with passion by your hosts. Local information - Local information including a bird field guide and binoculars are available in your room. Free WiFi - Enjoy WiFi access (limited) to keep on top of your emails and socials, from your bungalow. Parking - Easy and convenient parking is available in front of your private Daintree bungalow.
