Shhhhh - Don't tell anyone how great this camp site is.
Right on the edge of a creek, grassy and flat, wildlife, privacy, good fire pit.

We loved our stay at Bryce’s camp spot! Right next to the beautiful running creek with a spot deep enough to swim and cool off in! Communication was amazing and having our firewood waiting a bonus! We will definitely be back! One of our favourite HipCamps to date!

The Swimming Hole At Ferny Glen
Thanks Bryce, we had a great 3 nites at this site. Plenty of shade to set our camper up in. Creek right in front of the site with a decent size and deep clear swimming hole. Perfect for a refreshing dip and float to around in. Every now and again a little noise from the road, however you are far enough in not to feel too exposed!
We checked out Bryce’s other site.. Silky Oak which was a lot more private with 2 deeper swimming holes…keen to try that one next time 🙂

Truly beautiful atmosphere and so well kept. The wildlife, the beautiful creek, it is absolutely heavenly. Really had a wonderful time and am so grateful for the experience. Host is incredibly welcoming and kind and made sure the whole process was as easy as can be. We are already planning our next trip back. Thankyou Bryce!

Great spot with Easy access to site as per instructions.
We had plenty of room for 3 campers.
Even with the dry period to date there was still plenty of water flow with multiple swimming holes.
Road near by gives road noise but only during peak periods.
Was a fantastic trip away with a perfect spot to un wind. Will def be back.

Silky Oak Flat
Perfectly peaceful and private. No other campers nearby. The fire pit is in front of a beautiful view of the creek and the area is spacious enough for a group. We loved it for just us and our cat, It was everything we needed!

We had such a great time at the camping. The dogs loved running around off-leash (while we kept an eye out to make sure there were no cows nearby). We also swam in the little river and went hiking around the area. It was a super fun and relaxing experience in nature

The Swimming Hole At Ferny Glen
My husband and son camped 1 night with our dog and they had the best time. They swam in the creek, they had a bonfire and they slept under the stars. My little boy came back throughly exhausted and full of fun stories and my dog passed out for 24 hours. They had so much fun and we are all heading back again soon so I can see what i missed. They loved the privacy, the cows, the peace and quiet. The whole booking and communication was super easy, start to finish. Highly recommend.

Pretty little creek running in a well protected area. Very private and very little traffic going by I realised after I unhitched that I probably could have gone into the cordoned off Area to set up camp.
The Truck Driver /neighbour played deep base music from 1 pm to 9 pm on the first day and 9 am until I left on the Sunday, without this it would’ve been magic and peaceful.
Whilst it wasn’t loud, it was just always there. Unfortunate.

Had a lovely time camping at the Swimming Hole. The creek is absolutely beautiful, camp area is a great size. Very well maintained. Lots of birds, and wildlife and cows across the creek. One of my favourite sites i’ve stayed at. Would definitely recommend and return 🌲

The Swimming Hole At Ferny Glen
Bryce was the perfect host leading me down to camp, our firewood waiting.
Not far off the road is the magical alcove clearing amongst the trees, very shady, plenty of flat space to spread out and just a few metres away from the spectacular crystal clear swimming hole. Thank you Bryce for sharing your piece of paradise.
I didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back.

Conveniently not far from cafes, supplies and hiking tracks but away from all the everyday noise. Peaceful creek to swim and be refreshed. Native wildlife at a distance also call this place home. Bryce left fair amount of fire wood to stay warm waiting for the stars to come out. Came for one night had to stay for a second.

2nd stay and amazing as always! Had a magical time, so peaceful and relaxing by the creek and going to sleep with the sound of the water is so nice, my dog had the best time again swimming in the creek. Completely private spot. Will definitely be returning again and again

What an amazing spot. Nothing better than sitting watching the cows and the beautiful running creek. The site is so protected and shady, it was so lovely. The swimming hole looks so good, we will be coming back in summer so we can have a swim, we even saw some fesh water Jewfish (well we think thats what they looked like). Bryce is an amazing host, so friendly and welcoming. We will be back for sure!

What a little slice of heaven this is! We just had the best overnight stay here, will definitely be back. My dog had the best off leash time swimming in the creek and we woke up to sound of kookaburras and the flowing stream. Nice and private spot and Bryce was an amazing host, our firewood was all ready and waiting too. Can’t wait to return for longer next time!

This was our 4th time here and we love it more each time! The site is lovely and private and quite flat making several spots to put the tent. Bryce is a great host who keeps the site tidy and has great communication. We’ll definitely be back again. 😊

This was our second stay at Bryce's farm at the swimming hole site.
We love the ease of making a booking and fantastic communication from Bryce
We love a good little bush site next to a creek and this one is fantastic
Fire pit at site for the cold winter nights, fire wood available to purchase all ready and waiting for you on arrival.
Also love it's convenience of only a quick drive into Canunga for supplies and of course a meat pie on a cold day and only 40 mins to the Gold Coast
Will always be on our go too list 🙂
