The Space In the master bedroom, known as The Marigold, you’ll find a king bed, a private ensuite, and a luxurious dressing room with a striking black claw-foot bath. The Wren and The Artist, the other two bedrooms, each have queen beds, boutique styling, and luxury linens for cloud-like comfort. All rooms feature private French doors to the verandah, inviting you to step out and enjoy the surrounding views. The living room boasts an intricate pressed metal ceiling, a pot belly fireplace, and English-inspired decor for a warm, intimate ambience. With rustic styling, the open-plan kitchen and dining area flow effortlessly onto a spacious deck through French doors. Here, you’ll find a lounge and dining area beneath a jasmine vine-covered verandah with serene views of an ancient fig tree and rolling green pastures. For ultimate relaxation, stroll down to your private fire pit and patio, featuring an outdoor dining area and lounge seating. Linning’s House offers everything you need for a tranquil, all-inclusive stay in the heart of the countryside. Set in the heart of the countryside, Linning’s House offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The living room features a pressed metal ceiling, a cozy pot-belly fireplace, and English-inspired decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There are games, puzzles, a poker set, and chess for relaxed evenings indoors. A hidden laundry offers convenience with a washer-dryer combo and ironing facilities. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, large oven, and espresso machine, ideal for cooking and baking. French doors open onto a spacious deck with a jasmine-covered verandah, where you can enjoy meals and unwind with views over the old fig tree and green pastures. The deck also features a barbecue, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. Downstairs, a private fire pit area with outdoor seating offers a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The Forager at Twigley Farm offers a cozy glamping experience surrounded by serene countryside. Perfect for two, it features an AC, fan, and electric fireplace for year-round comfort, plus a fire pit for marshmallow roasting. Relax on the deck with stunning views, visit friendly farm animals, and wander to the dam for a peaceful coffee or sunset wine. Soak in the claw foot bath in our restored private outhouse. Make sure to open the antique windows for views out over the countryside and a glimpse at the horses grazing. The Outhouse has all your modern amenities including, a claw foot bath, curbless shower, vanity, toilet, bath towels, bath robes and Bondi Wash body soap. Amenities in our minimal kitchenette include a bar fridge/freezer, kettle, plunger coffee maker, toaster, outdoor kitchen sink and barbecue. There is a fire pit with complementary firewood and marshmallows provided. We stock an essentials pantry which includes Ground Coffee Beans, Black and Herbal Teas, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Milk. Please pop into a shop for your supplies. Guests find it hard to leave once they arrive, so we recommend you do this in Brisbane or Ipswich before you arrive, or swing past the local SPA in Marburg on your way. Local Highlights Near The Forager Our local town of Marburg is just a few minutes' drive away. While there, visit The Soul Nook Collective and The Boys Coffee Shop, or explore the treasures at Scotland Yard Antiques. For a classic country pub experience, head a little further to Glamorganvale for the Bottletree Hotel. For dinner in Ipswich, we recommend Monte Lane, The Commonwealth Hotel, or Bakehouse Steakhouse. For breakfast or a coffee break, try St Shoebill Cafe, Oikos Neighbourhood, Ellen & Rod, or Baked by Joseph & Ann. For a truly special dining experience, just 30 minutes' drive away is Homage at Spicers Retreat, a renowned chef-hatted restaurant. Guest access The Forager Glamping is all yours, and the space around it is shared by our family and farm animals. Sometimes the area around is very quiet, and sometimes a tractor may be in the paddock or our horses are grazing nearby.
