This six acre flat patch of land is a very short walk from Statue Bay and a 1km drive from Rosslyn Bay Harbour, Yeppoon. Plenty of peaceful, shady space to park a van. Walking distance to Kemp Hill and Rosslyn Bay Beaches Resort. Footpath into township of Yeppoon. Complete self sufficiency required. No facilities available. Lots of space to relax amongst the peace and quiet of nature.
