Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Set amongst the bush in beautiful Agnes Water, our property is a relaxed place to pull up, spread out and enjoy a quieter pace for a few days. The Pad is a large powered site situated on a 4 acre property overlooking the bush and dam, with plenty of open space to set up the van, roll out the awning and make yourself at home. The property has a real laid-back bush feel — palms, open spaces, a dam, plenty of birdlife and quiet evenings around the fire. There’s room to relax without feeling crowded, while still being close to Agnes Water and everything the area has to offer. Nothing fancy, just a great little patch of Agnes Water to park up, slow down and enjoy. NOTE: Due to the dry conditions, please minimise size of fire and follow the QLD Fire Safety Advice at all times. Please use your own self standing fire pit, do not light fire directly on the gravel. - Pets are welcome but please keep on lead as much as possible to prevent disturbances to the wildlife and the Ducks (Gold and Silver) who live in the dam. - You are more than welcome to use firewood throughout the property but please only use the stuff on the ground, do not chop down trees. - Take your rubbish and sewage with you, any dumping on the property will be reported. Please use designated dump point at the 1770 SES Grounds. Please call for any questions you have.If you’re chasing a bit of space, peace and quiet, The Pad might be just the spot. It’s a big, open powered site overlooking the dam and surrounding bush, with plenty of room to pull up the van, roll out the awning and settle in. No squeezing in beside the neighbours here — just open space, fresh air and a great bush outlook. Wake up to the sounds of the birds, have your morning coffee looking over the dam, and finish the day around camp watching the sun disappear behind the trees. It’s simple, relaxed bush camping with the bonus of power — perfect for anyone wanting to slow down, switch off and enjoy a quieter side of Agnes Water. Bring the van, bring a chair and make yourself at home at The Pad
Vehicle suitability
Vehicles under 25 meters allowed
Ground conditions during wet season can vary and potentially cause damage to the property if too wet. Please keep to the gravel as best as possible and when reversing onto The Pad, please avoid skidding wheels.

Please use your own above ground fire pit in the designated ‘The Pad’ area. DO NOT light fires directly on the gravel. Feel free to use already fallen wood options throughout the property. DO NOT cut down trees. Please follow QLD fire safety advice prior to lighting fires.

On leash. Keep animals on leash at all times. There are several species of wildlife on the property including kangaroos and 2x Ducks (Gold and Silver) who call the dam their home.
