Skippy Trails is a convenient spot on the Sunshine Coast to base yourself for a look around the coast. We offer a retired flat level grassy Farm Paddock available to campers since June 23 - Best Suited to Caravans and Campervans 4WD and 2wd vehicles / vans in good weather, Skippy Trails on Sippy at Palmview / Glenview, Sippy Mountain, is conveniently located on the Sunshine Coast near Aussie World. A retired Pineapple Farm, Safe, Quiet and Secure. Close to the Beaches of Caloundra and Mooloolaba also the Hinterland Towns of Maleny and Montville just a short 20 - 30 minute drive away. Wildlife watching including Kangaroos and Wallabies, Birdlife, Wild Ducks, Waterhens and Horse. Night Sky and Star Gazing. Close Local attractions include Aussie World and shops, Strawberry Fields, Opal House and the Skin Thing Shop. Access is suitable for most vehicles and trailer / vans during dry weather and most suited to off road vehicle and vans (during wet weather) with fully self contained water, toilet, shower facilities and suitable camp weather conditions. North facing sites. No facilities offered. Campfires ok subject to weather conditions. Fire pits at campsites and firewood available at a cost (cash only) if required. Campers are able to extend bookings direct with host if needed. Nice quiet spot perfect for exploring Australia Zoo and the Glass House Mountains. Lidi came to say hi and even took the kids out for a ride around the paddock on her ATV. They loved it. Thanks Lidi!

A great level and maintained Green grassed feild, easy to find, plenty of room to have your own space, great location so close to everything on the sunny coast will definitely be staying again when we're up that way.

Fab location for exploring the sunny coast. 15 minutes to the zoo, the beaches etc. We had a great stay, well maintained site and lovely views. Will definitely be back. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Convenient location within an easy drive to various attractions - very central. It is just a paddock, but grassy and flat. Plenty of space so no one is too close to each other.

We were looking for somewhere close to home to test out our new camper, and this fit the bill perfectly! Lots of open space, and very peaceful, with lots and lots of Skippys around. We all loved it here and would come back.

Absolutely beautiful spot to camp! The nature in the early mornings and afternoon were incredible to watch. Super peaceful and pleasant. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Lovely property with lovely owners! We have been back a few times and will come back again. Well spaced out sites gives you privacy in a large flat open field. Lots of Kangaroos to watch you and Lefford likes his apples in quarters…

We arrived late left early. But the camp ground was spatious so we were able to keep our distance and not disturb others. We were able to get a last minute stay and did the job! Would definitely go back.

What a beautiful and serene place surrounded by nature! We have seen a pack of kangaroos, plenty of birds and of course met the horse! Thank you for having us, we really enjoyed it!

Beautiful, well kept grounds. Great space so you aren’t close to others, very peaceful. Was also great to see kangaroos & horse. Also lovely listening to the birds. Will definitely be a regular:)

It’s just a piece of grass to camp on and nothing special. Too expensive for a piece of grass. I have since found another piece of grass for $17.50 per night.

Amazing spot! We’re here in the school holidays and every road and caravan park is so busy but coming back here each day is so peaceful and relaxing. It’s a beautiful lot of land with green grass, birds chirping, kangaroos bounding by and surrounded by trees. There’s plenty of space if you need solar or star link that isn’t shaded or park up next to the trees for some shade. The hosts are so lovely and even took our kids for a buggy ride which they loved. It’s also centrally located to explore the Sunshine Coast. Couldn’t recommend more!
