Had a great weekend, peaceful and relaxing.
But please replace the entrance gate, my lovely partner is now nursing a broken toe as the gate dropped on her foot while opening it on our way out
We really enjoyed our stay at Sarabah Stud camp. We stayed at the Mulberry tree spot. As the name suggests there was a beautiful big Mulberry Tree. This site is secluded from the other sites, however does not provide much shade. Which was fine with us as we had an awning. There are electric fences around some of the spots to stop cattle if they are in the same field. There is a great swimming hole and access to see the platypus swimming around.
Each spot had its own portalable toilet that was very clean.
The sites were very level, great for all kinds of camping set ups.
We would definitely go back!
We had the best time ever at Sarabah stud camp. Robert was so accomodating straight from booking. We walked to the vineyard on the second day and enjoyed a wine tasting and pizzas, after a day hanging around the creek, swimming and playing cards. What a perfect spot!
Most STUNNING property. Stoney camp was right on the creek and the most private. Only downside is that the flattest spot of the site is very ‘stoney’ and rocky. Not good for large groups because there wasn’t a lot of flat spots. Perfect for one set up. Swimming in the creek was devine!!! Fed turtles further up the creek from where we were. Canungra town is cute, great service at the pub. We would 100% recommend!! 🥰
The camp was so lovely! The property was so well maintained and the toilet too! And the site we booked - platypus hole - was sooo cute and the views were stunning. Can’t wait to go back and recharge again!
