Site 2
Myself and a group of 13 friends had an amazing three nights at this spot- having it all to ourselves meant we swam in the creek every morning without hesitation, staying in our swimmers most of the day to continue to dip in and out. It was a beautiful four days of laughter, swimming, games, and cracker stories around the campfire, and the beautiful environment fed in to that in every moment.

Platypus Bend (Site 1)
The perfect spot!!
Absolutely loved our stay. The sites are very well maintained. The creek is stunning and perfect for just sitting on one of the rocks with your feet in the water or heading in further with a floatie. We had a large group that set up on site 1 & 2. We had kids from 6 months old to teens with us. They were kept busy all day long exploring the rocks along the creek, floating down from the top of the creek to the bottom and running around the huge area. Which meant us adults could sit back and relax!! Tom and Patrick went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was amazing from the moment we booked to when we left. Town is also a close drive to stock up on supplies from the IGA, fill up water bladders, grab fire wood and sneak in a delicious pie from the Outpost cafe. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot for a large group
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Sarabah Creek Camping. The site was well maintained, the view of the creek from our set-ups was stunning and a perfect place to swim and cool off. We were there to celebrate a 50th so it was perfect for our large group, to enjoy ourselves and relax and the availability of the well-kept toilet was greatly appreciated by our guests were needed it. We loved that the site was easy to get to from the Gold Coast, the crystal-clear flowing creek, mountain views and serenity.
Patrick was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with and we look forward to another trip out there soon.

Camping with your own creek access
We loved camping at Sarabah Creek for 3 nights. The perfect spot for an extended family getaway, the running creek was perfect for our young children ages 2yrs - 8yrs, easy to keep them cool on the hot summer days. The kids loved having their floaties in the water and running around with a ball and toys on the large open grass area. We made use of the firepit each night, for the kids to toast marshmallows. The toilet made it super convenient, for the little ones especially. Peaceful and quiet. The hosts are fantastic, very kind and responsive. We would definitely come back!

What an absolutely amazing spot. We spent Christmas at Platypus Creek site 1. great area to set up camp for 13 people. we had so much fun floating down stream over little rapids to the water hole. Tom & Patrick we very helpful organizing portaloos for
