River Run Farm Camping is situated on the banks of the beautiful Mary River within the spectacular Fraser Coast region. The historic Maryborough town centre and the quaint village of Tiaro is right on our doorstep for anything you may have left behind or if you just feel like a country pub meal and a cold beer. We offer large grassy mowed sites both powered and unpowered, river front and tree shaded areas with some having their own fire pits. Fully equipped large camp kitchen with microwave, television, fridge, dart board, BBQ, communal firepit and power points to charge your devices and a Playground for the Kids. We offer the best hot showers with beautifully clean toilets; our amenities even contain a washing machine and a kid’s bathroom with a claw foot bath. A Dump point is located at the front of our property. River Run offers: farm animals, swimming, excellent fresh water Fishing (Bass, Barra, yellow belly, prawn and silver perch), boat ramp, bike track and kayaking River run has an amazing variety of bird life due to the large body of fresh water and pristine habitat creating a great environment for spotting native animals including wallabies, achidnia and platypus, which have been sighted at the boat ramp. We are pet friendly too as long as your animals remain on a leash and are under full supervision at all times. River Run is only a short drive away from lots of great experiences, Markets, Mural trail, horse riding, adventure activities, history, museums, Festivals, art and culture that are sure to inspire. Book a horse riding adventure with Hucknall Horses only 10mins away or drive on up to Hervey Bay and go whale watching or day trip to the incredible Fraser Island or Rainbow Beach. 4wd in one of the many local forestry areas and see the brumby herds. Just so much to see and do.

I had a brief but enjoyable stay here while passing through. The facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained amenities and convenient powered sites. It’s not just a great stopover spot but also a lovely place to bring the family for a short break. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Best campsite in SEQ!
River Run was by far the best campsite we have ever stayed at! My in laws and I spent 7 days at river run and we all had the best time. Plenty of space between neighbouring campsites, plenty of fun activities for the kids. I absolutely loved the bakery of a morning, perfect for those who don’t have their coffee machine with them camping! Perfect for animals lovers with their farm animals to see and feed. Beautiful location and camp grounds. The weather was perfect and overall a place that we will all be frequenting in the future. Huge thank you to the wonderful hosts and their helpers. You truely have a wonderful camp! x

Was a great place to stay. Clean amenities. We were there only one night and wanted to stay longer but unfortunately was booked out. Highly recommend.

lovely little spot car accessible and you can camp down by the river if u have a 4wd, totally going back again, they had cows and pigs that we got to see VERY relaxing! loved all aspects of it 👍

Camping with farm animals around
Traveling through from Townsville heading away for Christmas with our dog and found this beautiful property to Stay at. The contact from the owners is unbelievable such lovely hosts. And there friend that has the German coffee van so sweet and showed us the beautiful animals. Went and seen baby chickens. Peecocks piglets. Baby goats. Donkeys there most beautiful cows. And amazing spot we stayed was up the top Sight 15. Amazing. The camp kitchen had everything and bathrooms so nice. Would recommend it for a Relaxing stay. Do a bit of fishing to. And beautiful grass. Was perfect. Would definitely be back. Amazing
