Miallo Creek Stay
Bobby-lee was super friendly. Loved the grassy site, and the crystal clear creek with its sandy bottom and beaches were sublime. It was like being in a green cathedral. Only downside were other campers feeling the need to leave their own hundred or so metres of private creek to constantly pass through or take over the little piece of paradise directly beneath my campsite.

This place is nothing short of amazing!! Plenty of recent rain meant everything was green and luscious.
Flowing, fresh creek was perfect for swimming. Nice sandy bottom with plenty of shade cover.
Bobbi and her family are very helpful and run an amazing camp-site. We will be back to enjoy this slice of paradise.

We love camping here. The creek is great if you have smaller kids but also has some deeper spots for a good swim. Camp ground is well maintained and the host was super friendly and chilled. This was our 2nd time visiting and will be back again.

Great spot - nice and quiet overlooking a creek which the dog thoroughly enjoyed. If travelling through it would be a great spot to stay and visit the local attractions such as Mossman gorge, Port Douglas etc

Quiet & private location alongside the running creek. Only 4 others camping when we were there so there was plenty of space without being too close. Good location to do day trips in the local areas.

Don’t go past this hidden gem.
We met our host as soon as we drove in.
We were shown where to go and helped with gate openings then left to ourselves.
Our camp was is amazing, a small flowing creek, beautiful lush green grassed sites that made bare feet an all day everyday.
We were able to have a campfire each night, you can buy firewood from the host or take your own in
This gem is only a 10 min drive from Mossman
A beautiful HIPCAMP that is very well priced and one we would come back to any day

We stayed here at this amazing hipcamp for 5 nights during our travels around Australia, on our way to the tip. The most beauitful and peaceful camp we have stayed at yet. Water front camp, beautiful creek for a swim, waking to the sounds of cattle in the distance, early morning sneaky pats with the horse across the creek. There is plenty of space for kids to be kids. Great place to stay to go explore the area and beyond. A perfect setting for a nice cold afternoon drink after a day of exploring the area. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We highly recomend this hipcamp! Its a 10/ 10 from us!!

We loved camping here on the creek. Very private and 360 degree views. My son spent the whole time catching tadpoles and entertaining himself in the gorgeous creek. Nearby and cute town and a great Woolies to restock. Highly recommended.

This place was fantastic and we had it to ourselves animals all around us, horses 🐎 cows 🐄 sheep 🐑 birds 🐦 so beautiful. Water was cool and refreshing and deep in places. Would highly recommend 👌 and we will return AAA.

This spot definitely didn’t disappoint! We camped right on the creek front and the kids had the best time. The creek was great for the kids as it wasn’t too deep or fast flowing. A few meters down the creek it got deeper and was perfect for a swim. The site was great and well maintained a few campers around but plenty of room and no one close by. We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing spot, our kids loved swimming in the creek. Horses were extremely friendly and loved a pat. There is abit of long grass which just needs a cut but one of our bests spots to camp!

We had a wonderful stay, thanks so much Bobbie-Lee! We loved our afternoons having a float in the creek and then watching the sunset over the mountains with a fire. In a great location to see so many attractions!
