The best campsite if you want minimal style camping or beginner campers like us. And it 100% weather safe to stay. The host lady, Maria was so kind. We are definitely coming back soon. 💜

Peaceful Retreat
Absolutely stunning amenities. Truly is a peaceful retreat with everything you could need. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with utensils for cooking as well as having access to a washer and dryer. Scenery and surrounds are stunning (with a kangaroo and joey appearing a few times during our stay), you feel like you're in a stunning forest retreat in the middle of no where but you're only a 20 minute drive from woolworths etc

Pure tranquility only a short drive from Noosa. Exquisitely well appointed kitchen and bathroom, and the civility of a giant awning to set your tent up under if it’s raining or you just want a little more shade. Fabulous!

Such an amazing stay - the facilities were incredible and made the whole weekend so relaxed and easy. It was lovely listening to the native birds and an owl at night. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Peaceful Retreat
We had a great 3-night stay here. Everything is included, just bring whatever you need to sleep in - swag, tent, camper trailer or caravan. Plenty of chairs and table space for drinks and meals, spacious bathroom with separate composting toilet. Close to bigger towns (Noosa, Gympie) but far enough away to be, as per the name, a peaceful retreat. Thanks, Maria and Neil!

Great spot with excellent amenities! Bathroom was fantastic and spotless. The composting toilet was the cleanest and best smelling one we’ve ever encountered! They even had firewood available to purchase and collected twigs for kindling for us. We were a couple of families with toddlers, so the large fridge and kitchen were really handy.

It’s amazing! You can stay in nature, and can get everything conveniently at the same time. We spent so much fun time here. Also Maria is very kind. Absolutely I recommend.

The perfect peaceful retreat you could ask for! Everything was clean and every detail you could ask for. The property has so much room and is private from the main house. Nice hot shower and toilet and kitchen with everything needed. Fairy lights, wildlife and a beautiful place for a fire at night. Will definitely be back! Thank you Maria and Neil!

We had a wonderful stay in our caravan at Peaceful Retreat. It lived up to its name - so quiet and peaceful. Maria and her husband were very welcoming when we arrived. The bathroom facilities are beautiful, and everything was sparkling clean. We hope to return in the future.

Very enjoyable place. Quiet and surrounded with trees. The open living area (Kitchen, bathroom, ...) provided a nice way to enjoy the cooler evenings.

Clean facilities and a great setting for camping even with children if they are being introduced to a different holiday or if you are wanting to see the stars.

Maria and Neil’s place is a comfortable and private camp space with all the facilities you would need while camping - just bring your own tent and bedding. Eat out at Boreen Point or the Habitat or cook your own meals. Being a rural area, it is as close to bush camping without roughing it as you can get. Our family of five enjoyed having the space to ourselves and it’s conveniently located to the Noosa Everglades for an easy experience of this unique area.

What a magical place. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The amenities are kept meticulously and you can tell a lot of effort has been made. Everything you need right there. Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful drive out to Maria’s firstly!
Secondly the campsite was great with all ammenities (except a microwave). The camp site was grassy and flat which made sleeping in the swag much more enjoyable. The fire pit was the highlight! Can’t wait to come back

Facilities were nice and clean. This is not a large campsite, this is someone’s backyard. Very peaceful surroundings and lovely hosts.

Me and my family had the best time at Maria’s, as a single mum camping can be quite the juggle. Maria’s place just made it so peaceful. When I did get some quiet time I could hear a rustle in the trees and it was the echidna. It made my whole trip. Facilities were fantastic and directions were very easy.
