Spacious bush camping, in a rainforest setting. A fabulous crystal-clear, fresh water creek for swimming and exploring. Sunny or shady spots. 8 paddocks to choose from. Lots of bird life, 2 nosey horses and 2 "hard done by" dogs. All sites are for 2 adults and up to 3 or 4 children (depending on paddock booked). EACH SITE IS ALLOCATED ONE (1) VEHICLE ONLY. Eg 2 vehicles, pls book 2 sites. We offer fully self-contained camping (own toilet) in Paddocks 2 and 3 . Paddocks 4-7 have bathroom access. Paddock 8 offers powered sites with, bathroom access. An undercover, shared lounge with jug and toaster is available, but no camp kitchen. Well behaved dogs welcome. Above ground fire pits only. No fishing, generators, motorbkes or drones please. A great base to explore the area-Josephine Falls, Babinda Boulders, Babinda Kayaking, Etty Bay, Paronella Park, Cairns, The Tablelands, Innisfail. Handy Mirriwinni Post Office and General Store 2 minutes away. Babinda Town 10 minutes away with a Fabulous Butcher, Bakery, Op Shop, Mechanic, Coffee/Takeaway Shops , 2 Pubs, Information Centre, Local Museum, Spar, Pharmacy and Doctor. Come relax and or explore. Paradise awaits.

Paradise camps was epic! We stayed for a 4 nights. The river and water holes are incredible! Stunning flora and fauna. A stone's throw from babinda bolders and Josephine falls. So be warned when it rains.... It really rains! We were unable to camp at paddock 4 , designated camp site, night one by the cattle yards ( not even a site - let alone paradise), site 2nd night that was promised was occupied by other campers. 3/⁴ nights we stayed in camp site P7(paddock 7) which was slightly muddy but epic once the sun came out. Camp kitchen isn't acceptable (although we didn't inquire about its use) appears to be a fully functional catering kitchen. Would definitely go again, be prepared for site changes due to weather which is likely considering the location.

Beautiful location, with a stunning creek surrounded by rainforest. Butterlies and birds in abundance. Great communal kitchen. Centrally located to Babinda Boulders and Josephine Falls. Owners have beautiful dogs who regularly come to visit. Downside No water connection. However you can fill your tanks with a hose. No privacy when in the powered section. Caravans all together in a paddock. Non powered options much more private. Basic but very clean amenities. Enjoyed our stay but we were hoping for a little privacy between sites.

Nestled at the foothills of a World Heritage listed rainforest, this hidden gem feels like you're deep in the heart of the rainforest, yet it's conveniently close to the highway. Amazingly, once you're here, the only sounds you'll hear are birdsong, the gentle breeze, and the crystal-clear creek flowing by. The creek is the true highlight. With its pristine, all year round clear water and soft sandy bottom, it's perfect for wading, relaxing, or simply cooling off. You can comfortably walk through the creek while taking in the stunning rainforest surrounds. The campsites are thoughtfully scattered amongst lush tropical vegetation and beautiful orchids, giving each site a peaceful and private feel. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained, and the amenities are spotless, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you're looking for a quiet weekend to unwind, a base to explore the surrounds, or simply somewhere to reconnect with nature, this place is hard to beat. It's a rare combination of accessibility, tranquillity, and natural beauty. We'll definitely be back!

Paradise Camps is great! The crystal clear water in the creek and waterholes made our stay! We had multiple swims a day, the kids enjoyed riding the little rapids and paddling on the surf skis.

A beautiful quiet sanctuary, however the ground was very wet even after some sunny days so the tracks were very muddy and slippery even for the 4WDs.

Beautiful camp, we were lucky enough to have paddock 4 to ourselves for a couple of nights until it slowly filled up over the weekend. Beautiful swimming, close to town for supplies, although spar in babinda was very expensive. Great hosts, great facilities, just beautiful

Amazing place! We were lucky to be able to swim by ourselves at the creek! Brilliant location to waterfalls and the tablelands attractions. Wish we lived closer but if we are ever travelling though again we will be back! 🙂

We ended up at Paddock 7 due to the weather, and for us I think this was a great change! We loved our stay, even in the rainy weather! We were close to the bathrooms (a very short walk); the showers were hot, there was toilet paper, body wash and hand soap available which I wasn’t expecting. The swimming holes!! OMG, just Devine. Even with the rain the water in the creek was absolutely crystal clear! We will absolutely be back!! Thank you for being dog friendly - our Labradors loved your property too!

Heaps of space to set up amongst the trees with several beautiful waterholes on the nearby creek. Waterhole No. 1 is especially beautiful with steps leading down to the edge for easy access. Rustic, clean and comfortable undercover area and amenities block.

Lots of space, beautiful spots and the creek is crystal clear and stunning! Toilets and showers are clean, shared lounge is spacious and well maintained. We had a great stay and will definitely be back for more!
