Please check conditions, keep fires small, and fully extinguish before leaving or sleeping. - Respect the land: Please leave the property as you found it — no damage to vegetation and no littering. - Pets: Pets may be allowed by prior arrangement only. They must be kept under control at all times. - Vehicle access: Please stick to designated access areas and campsites to protect the land. - Check-in / check-out: Flexible within reason, details will be provided after booking. The site overlooks a small working orchard area, with two chicken pens and a greenhouse nearby, adding a charming, rural feel without disturbing your privacy. It’s an ideal spot for self sufficient campers who appreciate quiet surroundings and a genuine country experience. Guests must be fully self contained, as toilet facilities are not available.
