We all loved staying at Glen’s beautiful property on the banks of the Mary River. The grounds were immaculate and there were lovely trees for shade or open areas for the pups to run around on. We appreciated Glen keeping us uptodate with everything we needed to know, he is an absolutely wonderful host. Will definitely be back and we highly recommend this awesome place.

Camp in a beautiful setting, camp fire, with and option of a refreshing dip in the creek. It's private and far better than those established camp grounds closer to Kenilworth. Glen is a top bloke and very accommodating. The skies are amazingly dark and well suited for astrophotography. Highly recommend!

Bamboozle
Caravanning on Glen's land was so enjoyable. There hadn't been much rain so the creek wasn't full, bull still flowing, beautiful to look at, and cooling to sit in. The view from bamboozle was lovely. Tranquil and pretty. We had the place to ourselves, except for 1 night, however, I can see even with others, it would still be great. Loved the provided fire pit. And the honesty box for cash for fire wood conveniently chopped, bagged and at the front gate. Will definitely recommend to others who can be self contained and looking for peace! But still family friendly. 👍🏼

We enjoyed a lovely stay at dragonfly cottage. It has everything you could possibly need and the kitchen is very well appointed.
The bathroom and outdoor toilet is very luxurious and we felt like it was a hotel standard of bathroom.
It was a very hot weekend but luckily there was a fan in the cottage that ran off 12 V power so we managed to stay cool at night.
Perfect for a couple, I think it might be a stretch with more than two adults.
Glen was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely consider coming back.

Bamboozle
Camped at Bamboozle. Nice breeze in warm weather and a good view over the property to the hills beyond. Driving in the presentation is excellent with the appearance like a small to medium ranch. We will come back for sure.

Everywhere else was booked out for the long weekend of the school holiday,managed to find this place. This place was wow. Would definelty recommend and come back. So much space. So peaceful. You aren't crammed in like sardines like out campground/parks. This place was amazing!

Completely enjoyed our time at River view campsite; staying in a camper trailer, with our 2 old doggos. The camping grounds were beautiful and well maintained with plenty of space to set up. Featuring a great fireplace which Glen had ready for use. The whole place was peaceful and picturesque. It was nice to relax and cool off in the Mary River and allow the dogs to sniff and paddle. Oh, and the goats are super cute.

The cottage was lovely and a perfect break from technology. The river was walking distance for a swim which was nice.
There was a couple of things such as the outdoor lighting (didnt work) and the pond (very smelly if the wind was blowing the wrong way) needed some TLC. But overall a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, a first time experience for us staying off grid. Glen and Dominique have really put thought into Dragonfly Cottage. We loved the bathroom, kitchen and outdoor area ( the car stereo with playlist was a nice touch ) The perfect place to escape and be with nature and we had plenty to keep us entertained during out stay. Would definitely recommend

Bamboozle
We stayed Fri and Sat night. At Bamboozled. We were very taken with the well kept area, big enough for several families but we had it all to our selves. A short walk to the river.
Large fire pit. Excellent. We will be back

Glen’s property was well maintained and very pleasant. We stayed at the River View site and that what it was. We were the only people there, it wa so peaceful we could have stayed longer. Glen had also supplied firewood which was a bonus at no cost. If you want to getaway from the hustle and bustle of life l, the River View site I recommend.

We originally booked a different site elsewhere and were so disappointed when we arrived — tents were crammed in side by side, barely 20cm apart, and there was absolutely no space to relax. It felt chaotic and overcrowded, especially during the school holidays.
Feeling pretty discouraged, we jumped on Hipcamp and came across Nature’s Edge — and we’re so glad we did! We drove in and immediately felt the difference. The campground was peaceful, spacious, and beautifully set with a stunning river just below us. We had a huge area all to ourselves, and the campfire setup with wooden stumps placed around it was such a thoughtful touch. It felt like proper camping — relaxing, quiet, and connected to nature.
Glen responded to our booking so quickly, and we were at the site within 10 minutes of leaving Kenilworth town. Honestly, this was the best campsite we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a real camping experience. We’ll definitely be back!

What a beautiful place. Glen has created such a peaceful and private setting. Nice and flat for our caravan and a great fire pit area. We will definitely come back for another stay. Highly recommend.

Loved the effort that was put in prior to our arrival, the outside fire place was full and ready to go which helped with our late check in,
The house was clean and tidy with clear instructions on how everything worked in case anyone was unsure and didn't want to ask.

Beautiful sites! We had a very peaceful weekend, just what we needed. We will go back. So many perks including free firewood for your site's fire pit, expanses of property to wander and look at the sheep, goats and picturesque riverside and grounds. 3 site's spread more than far enough apart allowed perfect peace and quiet to enjoy a fire and watch the stars, and wake up to the magical fog in the morning. Thanks Glen!
