Perfect for a family getaway, couple's getaway or friends wanting to be within walking distance to Kondalilla Falls! Only 2 minutes from Montville's township, plenty of shops to stroll through and the first Saturday of every month there is the local market. Plenty of hiking trails within a 10 minute drive. Enjoy breaky just down the road at The Barn at Flaxton serving all things full breakfast to yummy lunch. Walk over to Kondalilla Restaurant for a delicious pescatarian and vegetarian lunch or dinner. Style, views and location combine to create this stunning 3 bedroom rustic tiny home. Monty's Tiny Home has a gentle rustic vibe - warm whites, light greens and natural materials like timber for a classic Hinterland appeal. PROPERTY FEATURES – Two storey tiny home 2.5mx10m – Valley view with deck – Secluded land space above main house – 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 children) – Bathroom with shower (no bath) – Compostable Toilet – Bright rustic interior – Modern simple kitchen (no oven) – Air conditioning/heating in main living room – Ceiling fans in main living room – Free unlimited Wifi – Bathroom essentials – Eco friendly sheets – Bathroom towels provided – Deck with lounge and outdoor table furniture – BBQ – Fire pit – Free onsite gated parking for up to 3 cars BED CLEANLINESS AND LINENS Each of our beds have mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Even our throw pillows have washable covers for your safety. Each bed boasts environmentally friendly linen sheets and earthy quilt covers, a fluffy duvet, 4 ultra plush pillows so you can choose your favourite. BEDROOM FEATURES Each bedroom contains blockout curtains on the windows to ensure a restful daytime nap or night's sleep. Bedroom 1 has a closet, bedroom loft 2 has a shelving unit for storage. and bedroom loft 3 doesn't have storage. THE DESIGN We love the outdoors so this tiny home ticks the box to enjoy in nature with it's timber look and simple cosy feels. There is also a welcome basket of treats left on the dining table for all guests. Have children? Monty's Tiny Home Cozy Getaway
A beautiful retreat for the family. The kids loved the games during the day. Sitting around the open fire at night was a highlight. Close to lots of attractions including walks.
