Site 4 - Mon Repos Pines
Great Location
Karen was very easy to contact. It had been raining non stop but she was able to offer another spot on the property that was suitable for our needs. We loved the location right on the esplanade and spent the days riding the bike tracks along the coast.

Christmas/New Year 2024
We spent 12 nights over the Christmas / New Year period and had the best time. This camp is so peaceful and is a beautifully maintained grassy area right on the coastline. An abundance of room for children to play. We had bikes and explored new areas day after day along the bike/walking path which is accessible from the property, it was absolutely brilliant. The hosts were on hand really promptly when needed. We had a few pretty impressive storms and Karen would message me, " where here if you need us" each time. Lovely people sharing their little piece of paradise with us. Thank you so much Karen and Greg we really enjoyed our stay.

Site 2 - Mon Repos Pines
We originally had site 2 booked but due to the unprecedented weather the owners asked us to move further down the property. This was probably the best move we made as there was a beautiful breeze all the time and experienced no insects. Boom came the storm that hit Bundaberg, so we moved again further up the property closer to the road. One of the vans moved to site one and had issues with insects and no breeze as sheltered by trees. The only down side from being further away from access to beach was the hike to cool down. Great site for accessing Mon Repos turtle viewing which was amazing. Only four sites available, must be fully self contained, can use generators. Dump point in Bundaberg or pay $5.00 at local CVP. I would go back for the peace and quiet and be mindful of weather conditions. When issues were raised with owners they were very receptive.

Site 1 - Mon Repos Pines
Site 1 is reasonably flat and somewhat protected by a stand of trees from S/E winds and fully grassed. However has No immediate view of the beach but you can listen to eaves crashing.

Spacious and peaceful
Lovely and peaceful - just a few steps to the beach. There was plenty of space which was a great change from crowded campsites.
