Mareeba Bush Stays has 50 acres of dedicated parking area ideally situated atop a ridge, providing spectacular, sweeping views over the surrounding hills and plains and unfettered access to cool north-easterly breezes; There’s no individual spaces marked or allocated, giving you complete flexibility to choose your preferred location to maximize views, access and privacy; Central to all tourist attractions- unhook the van its an easy drive for a day to Cairns, The Reef, The Rainforest, Atherton Tableland towns and even go as far as Chillagoe. Good Phone/TV Reception, excellent Wifi. Private sites your choice to be close or away from everyone. Relax with friends. Enjoy spectacular sunsets – clear starry skies. Big Rigs welcome no reversing needed. Two Dams fully stocked with fresh water fish species and Redclaw. Mareeba Bushstays offers a Dump facility and this can be freely utilized by paying guests for both black and grey water disposal. Powered sites.

Great location set on 150 bush acres, lots to see and do on the property and Granite Gorge is just down the road and we'll worth visiting

Beautiful spot by the billabong quiet and away from other guest which is great for myself and 2 big dogs all in all would glady stay again

Set on a big property with amazing views on both sides. We ended up having to change the dates with no problems. Ian was great. Perfect place to base ourselves while exploring the nearby attractions. Hot and cold showers, toilets. And nice and peaceful. Would recommend highly.

Great Bush Camping area. Any amount of private areas away from other campers. Nice clean toilets & showes. Bring your own firewood. Ian the host was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back again.

Definitely recommend staying here, the property is well looked after. The location is perfect to stay and explore the local area, or use it as a base each night like I did. The rates were extremely reasonable, safe and friendly environment.

We booked for one night. The campsite was so tidy, spacious friendly and most of all peaceful so we end up staying for 3 nights.

Ian was very welcoming and friendly, nice peaceful quiet bush sites, lots of wildlife and birds, beautiful sunset. Lots of space and well minted. Will definitely be back!
