Maranoa River Powered Campground Quiet bush campground with powered off road caravan's sites located beside the Maranoa River, near Mount Moffatt. Spacious sites, natural river frontage, campfires permitted (conditions apply), and excellent birdlife. Very peaceful location with minimal traffic noise. Ideal base for exploring Mount Moffatt (just 15km up the road)— sandstone escarpments, scenic drives, bushwalking, wildlife, and photography. Great for grey nomads and travellers wanting a relaxed stay with power, space, and a true bush feel. Dark skies at night, stars visible, and a calm atmosphere.
