Situated in the scenic Atherton Tablelands in tropical north Queensland located just one hour from Cairns and 20 minutes from Mareeba, nestled in the foothills of the Hann Tablelands. ‘Lazy Days’ offers a unique bush experience for those who wish to enjoy the great outdoors without the hassle of camping. Guests have the choice of staying in one of two vintage caravans in this completely off-grid, eco-friendly retreat. At present, we are not taking bookings for our school bus accommodation as part of our covid safety measures. Ideal for those who wish to get away, relax around a campfire, enjoy the sunsets and night sky, paddle in a dam, bushwalk, photograph, paint, bird watch or simply sit back and soak up the natural scenery. Each caravan has its own bush toilet, fire pit and outdoor area and there is also a hot shower available.

    A lovely place for an outback getaway. Unique accommodation in a retro caravan surrounded by the peace and quiet of the bush. A few bush tracks to follow around the property and a dam to frollick in. Well stock camp kitchen and camp fire to enjoy. High light was definitely the woodfire bush bath.
