Set just seven-minute drive from Cairns’ CBD, Cairns Coconut is an 11-hectare landscaped tropical oasis that holds its own against Cairns’ popular visitor attractions – the Great Barrier Reef, Wet Tropics Rainforest, and Atherton Tablelands. Accommodation comes in a few shapes and sizes – with cabins, condos, villas, caravan sites, and camping grounds available – all with the same access to the facilities that earned Ingenia Holidays Cairns Coconut its gold medal in the Queensland Tourism Awards (2019). Premium Ensuite Site
This was a lovely family orientated campground with a great backdrop of the hills behind Cairns and lots of bird life in the trees. The bathroom was nice and modern and very clean. The laundry facilities were also excellent. There is lots to do here with pools, waterpark and golf. Pizza at the bar was also really good.

If you like one site over another and no privacy whatsoever, then this is a place for you. Clean showers and toilets. Nice happy hour with live music at the restaurant.
