We have 2 elevated camping spots with amazing views of Guanaba Valley and Tamborine Mt. Situated 17km from the Pacific Motorway or 22 mins NE of Nerang. Onsite owners of 31yrs and Land for Wildlife members have retained a third of the property for flora and; fauna. It's a stunning mix of bush and pasture, teaming with birds, wildlife and magnificent views along with routine farm life. The perfect spot to unwind and relax or use as a base to explore the Gold Coast region. Swimming hole nearby in Guanaba Reserve. Wake up to the sound of birds, the sight of wallabies and horses, the smell of campfire and boiling billy and the fresh aromatic breeze of the bush. Sleep to the sounds of 4 species of owl, night herons and frogs! 2 separate camping areas: Valleyview Site: suitable for 2WD and 4WD, including fully self contained med and small caravans, camper trailers; camper-vans, tents & swags. Hillview: suitable for 4WD only - rooftops & tents & swags. Bring everything, take everything, dig no holes, burn no plastic or tin, break no glass and leave no trace. Bucket loos in tent en-suites provided ... (however you need dispose of contents off site please so take bag with you) Portaloo hire & disposal available - see extras. Starter fire kindling provided, BYO fire wood or purchase on arrival. This property NOT suitable for dogs.
