Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Small hobby farm just 5 minutes from Mareeba, with camping in the sheep paddock and access to a creek. Watch the sheep, goats, chickens, donkeys, cows, and other friendly livestock. Some may even share the paddock with you and come over to say hello. Enjoy the abundant birdlife and cool down in the creek, surrounded by natural savannah. Animal feeding may be arranged, depending on my availability to provide suitable food and supervision. Close to local attractions and activities such as Granite Gorge, the Mareeba Rifle Club, Coffee Works, and much more. Just 12 minutes from the Mareeba Rodeo Grounds. Note: You may occasionally hear the rifle club in use or my dogs barking—it's all part of rural Queensland life.
