Funny Farm Frazerview
We had a fantastic stay at Damian and Lee's place. The property is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous wide views over the mountains with a great sunrise and sunset. We camped down by the dam and had plenty of space.
Damian was very kind and showed us around some of the beautiful animals on the farm, and it certainly was a hit with the kids, they loved it. Donkeys, pony, alpacas, goats, sheep, cows, ducks and chickens.
The three border collies were also super friendly, and stayed with us for most of the afternoon / evening, lapping up the attention from the kids.
We only stayed for one night on our way through, but we will definitely be back

Stayed at Damien and Lee’s place for a night in between travels. Lovely quiet spot, loads of room, and lots of site options for camping. We stayed near the little dam, and had no problems getting our off-road caravan in. Easy directions to get into the property, and Damien and Lee both came to meet us later in the day after we’d settled in. Lovely flat sites, easy for set up. Fire pits on site as well although we didn’t end up using any as it wasn’t too cold when we were there. Lots of friendly farm animals on site - cows, donkeys and llamas were very interested in us! The 3 resident dogs were absolutely beautiful as well. Got lots of lovely photos of the scenery, even heard an owl or two overnight. Damien and Lee were lovely hosts, and we will certainly be return visitors to their farm.

We will keep coming back to Funny Farm time and time again. Damian & Lee are kind and friendly hosts, the property is beautiful and hanging out with the farm animals is an added bonus. Ellie, Tula and Frazer are our favourites ❤️

What a stay!! We could not fault Damian and Lee’s hospitality. The kids were in heaven. Apart from the incredible landscape (sunset and sunrise were unreal) the friendly animals and the quiet atmosphere were a recipe for an incredible stay. Damian went above and beyond to ensure my girls (2 and 4) had a memorable experience. We loved every minute! Be sure to check out Carter’s Gate for delicious food, treats and the BEST coffee in town. We can’t wait to stay again.

We loved our camping experience at Funny Farm!! Damian was such a warm host, so accommodating and funny!! Gorgeous property with lots of animals such as cows, donkeys and a Shetland pony! The view of the sunrise and Mount Maroon were beautiful! We will definitely be back :)

We found the camp very quiet, we had the place to ourselves. The camp was located close to walks and places which we were of interested us.

A great off grid place to camp to get away from the grid. Cows roam free as do the kids!
Our kids also loved the daily animal feeding which was a very personal experience (no huge crowds!)

Funny Farm Frazerview
Stayed at Funny Farm in our 8.5m semi off road caravan. Great size sites, fantastic views, camp fires allowed and some wood provided.
Damien was a great host, meeting us on arrival and taking us to our spot. Was lovely being surrounded by the farm animals, relaxing, taking in the space and views and at night cooking up a storm on the camp fire under the stars.
Would definitely stay again.

We had the absolute best camping experience at Funny Farm!
Our campsite was perfect, but what really made it special were Damien and Lee.
They were so welcoming and full of good energy, and we loved getting to meet and feed all the farm animals. You can really feel the love and dedication they put into this place, it shines through in everything they do. Their kindness and attitude were truly the highlight of our trip. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

We had such a great stay here! The host was incredibly welcoming and even took the time to show us around the property and introduce us to the animals. The campsite itself was peaceful, easy to access, and offered beautiful views all around. A perfect spot to relax and unwind – we’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

The space was quite big and level....we think we were at the right location.
We booked late and instant booking. We didn't hear from Damian which is normally OK (and it was a late booking) however the instructions were just GPS coordinates which was close to a gate so we could only conclude is was the right place. It's a little unnerving not being quite sure you are at the right location and not wanting to get that knock on the door. A sign would be good just to make sure we were at the right place.......... could have been that were were not at the right place. For a one night stop over it was a good spot with no other campers and we have a big rig which fitted in with ease.
