We enjoy the best of both worlds being nestled against one of the closest patches of rainforest to the Gold Coast. Only 10 mins to the m1 at Mudgeeraba and 20 mins to Burleigh beach yet it feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of town. The 7 acre property is cleared at the top with lovely views, the bottom half is forest. Our geodesic dome has been hand-built, constructed only from timber. The curvature was created by a few thousand exact mitre and bevel angles. This is the only bevel framed dome in the region that I know of. The clear front section guarantees you are immersed in nature no matter the weather. You will enjoy the comfort of a quality King size bed, equipped kitchen, fridge, hot shower, toilet, fireplace, magical lighting, and deck. All facilities are for private use. Access hinterland activities such as bushwalking, Mountain biking, enjoying nature.

    The dome was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing with friendly bird life to feed. Great location, close to walking tracks and watering hole. Paula is welcoming with excellent communication and helpful with advice on what to do locally. Will go back again 😊

    Paula’s dome was a one of a kind stay, happy to have spent my birthday there. The architecture is amazing considering it was her hand made project felt very homey has practically everything you need, even made a kookaburra friend just be careful with your eggs he will steal them. Only downside was a bit of insects inside at night and the porta potties but nothing that would stop me from going back there again.
