OPEN MARCH - DECEMBER EACH YEAR ‘Corella’ is a budget farm stay and Guesthouse and home to Living Wild Wholefoods (grain free products and mixes) Situated between Richmond and Julia Creek, we are in Nelia, a dot of a place close to a small wetland which is often home to hundreds of native birds. We are in the middle of cattle, dunnart and brolga country and our space includes access to wildlife caring experiences, cafe foods and good basic facilities. Just 2 kms off the Flinders Highway and easy to reach on bitumen roads. We have outdoor geothermal 'baths in the paddock' for campers use. Camping and bathing under the stars is a feature as is the free soup around the campfire after happy hour during April. We try to be as ecofriendly as possible with recycling (yes, we store recycling materials on the property as we are 300 kms from the nearest hardware shop) and growing our own vegies and meat, however we do have telephone access. Dinner - restaurant style choices - can be provided as well as snack foods, drinks and emergency supplies. We are a very simple campground. Return to the Simpler Side of Life and enjoy a real encounter with our animals and wildlife.

One of a kind camp experience!
Camping at Corella creek farm stay sure was one of a kind! Hosts were very friendly and greeted upon arrival. We had birds, goats, dogs and cows to keep us entertained and a dip in the hot tub under the stars. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if heading that way on another adventure.

Week end away
I needed a few days away for a change of scenery and some down time …… I got all I wanted and more, my total focus was on everything there and not on my workload. Animals, animals and more animals and when you think you’ve seen it all…..more comes to surprise you!! Amazing cook! Well looked after!! Friendly just an amazing place to be, to unwind and will definitely return 😀 Thank you Georgina for being an amazing host 😀

The place was quite different but it will be quite a unique experience when a few more things are completed- like the outside shower & toilet area. I enjoyed all the animals & how the cows & goats gathered around the fire in the evening. Georgia provided a very tasty goat curry. I think once they get the bathroom done & some cold water available to adjust the temperature of the very hot artesian water, the place will be good. I felt $30 was too much to pay for what you get. I usually pay half that for more facilities

It is hard to describe this place when you haven't seen it yourself. Cows who think they are goats and join you in the evening at the bondfire. Rescued kangaroos who do not know yet how high they can jump and chicken, duckt and geese that demand their share of your breakfast. In the eyes of our daughter definitely the place wher we have been in Australia and an extraordinary experience for everyone how is open for a little bit of chaos.

Great outback animal experience
Loved the animals and the laid back feel of country life. We met so many nice people in our stay and Georgie’s lovely outlook and food was amazing. Goat curry was the best, thank you!! The artesian water in the spa was so nice and hot, very relaxing. Millie the cow hung out with us at the fire and Ziggy the dog was awesome.. I couldn’t believe how many types of animals were on the property, it was a real treasure. Watching the trains and the gorgeous sunsets were great too,
