Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Just under an hour from the Noosa, Rainbow Beach and Tin Can Bay. At Chain of Ponds we have camping grounds and The Chain of Ponds tiny house. Please arrive to camp prior to dark. Message host if you need to arrive later. Open for bookings for Christmas and New Year - numbers are limited. No large parties. We prefer to promote a quieter area. Beautiful sunsets, birds and quiet surroundings. Enjoy the stars on a clear night. Explore the beautiful Gympie area from here. A number of large dams provide opportunities to relax, swim, fish or kayak. There are no toilet facilities here, if you do not have toilet facilities please do not book any of our sites. Electricity and rain water are available but not at individual sites. The camp sites are spacious with plenty of distance between each site - no crowds. Children aged 12 years and under no charge (please do not include them in your numbers when making a booking) All sites are unpowered. No parties - this is a quiet camping area please keep noise including music to a minimum level. Please respect our wildlife, our neighbours and your camping neighbours at all times. Enjoy our large camp sites with family and friends. Noise travels easily in the evening please reduce noise by 9pm. Firewood available, purchase direct from our kids!. Victory Store is 10 kilometres away for general goods, fuel and take away food.Campsite is a flat grassy space between two dams near the entrance to the property. A 5 Star Magical Farm Stay Escape

Chain Of Ponds Campsite
We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived, the host and his family made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. The location is incredibly convenient yet feels like a world away — all you hear are the sounds of birds and friendly farm animals. The ponds are stunning and full of life, and the night sky was absolutely breathtaking for stargazing.

Came back again. Fantastic hosts... and very generous with their time and fruit 😃. Beautiful spot... short drive to local watering hole and general store and 12 minutes from Gympie central for additional supplies. Basking in nature... camp fires at night... that's what it's all about. Love this Hipcamp and look forward to our next trip. Thanks again for opening your beautiful spot to us again guys. 🍻

Chain Of Ponds Campsite
This rates as one of our most highly regarded HipCamps of our 2+ years of our HipCamping QLD, NSW, Victoria and Tassie experiences. And our furchildren also agree. Star hosts Sasha and her husband Jon, and their family and assortment of animals and stunning surroundings are the reason we almost exclusively stay at HipCamps that offer privacy and large properties. After easy levelling at the spot Jon recommended, we awoke the next day to stunning weather, mother nature, peace and surrounds. Our stress of travelling the Easter long weekend evaporated for 2 blissful days... and we did not want to leave. We were provided a gigantic pile of wood already in the huge firepit on the first night for a camp fire ready to light and enjoy. I swam in our own dam almost directly out the front of our caravan setup with the ducks. We have a long rig setup and had no problems entering or exiting the property but caution is recommended... thankfully this camp is situated near a generally very quiet road that won't bother the majority of HipCampers. There is much to explore and do on this lush property and surrounds and you may even take a Hot Ballooning trip that can be organised with the hosts. I could go on and on but I know from wonderful conversations with the hosts that they have even more plans for this HipCamp but I think it's perfect as-is. This is the prefect camp to unplug, relax, feel safe and enjoy. Thank you such much for opening your property to HipCamp and allowing us to experie
