Adavale Way Farm Stay- Camping
We loved camping at Adavale Way!
Amenities and facilities are excellent, and it was super relaxed but with heaps of things for the kids to do. The land is beautiful - we wished we had have made more time to stay and explore. The cave walk was great fun.
Tara was absolutely lovely - she answered a question we had before we arrived straight away, met us on arrival, showed us around and checked in on us in the morning.
We’ve just toured through NT, SA, Vic and NSW and this was one of our favourite places - we’d love to come back one day!
Best camp-site we have been to so far.
Great view and camping on the lookout.. no one there but us.
The cave walk is also a must.
Perfect camp spot for us. Great views, we were spoilt by having the place to ourselves. Lovely walking for the dogs and warm and welcoming hosts. Hope to come back on our next trip out this way.
We loved staying at Adavale farm stay. We'd been on the road for a week so the opportunity to have a shower in a clean and well maintained facility and wash our clothes was much needed. The host met us on arrival and made sure we were familiar with the well appointed camp kitchen (frige/microwave/tables/washing liquid/drinkable water). The nearest town was about 45 min drive but if you bring food, you have everything you need there. The camp was clean and had lots of walks, firewood, games and plenty of other things to do. This place is also great for the furkids.
Stop in for a night on our western Qld adventure Farm animals was a great way to break up the trip and entertain the kids. Facilities were very clean and free firework was a bonus. Will be returning

Adavale Way Farm Stay- Lookout
What an amazing spot to camp! The views from the lookout campsite were unbelievable. It’s such a privilege to be able to share experiences like this with the property owners.
Seeing the sunset from the top of the cliffs was worth the trip and the cave walk and 4wd trail added to the fun for the adults and kids.
We had a most enjoyable time at the lookout for 2 nights we had the lace to ourselves, would recommend to anyone ,we have a 14ft off road caravan and made to lookout with no problems 😊
We loved the camp kitchen facilities, baby animals and the lookout camp. Highly recommend visiting and camping at the lookout.

Absolutely amazing camp ground and farm stay, beautifully clean and tidy, well organised. Amazing property!
We loved the serenity at the lookout. Stayed for 2 nights, had the place to ourselves. The sunsets were epic, views over the whole station were awesome and the nature was really cool. The effort from the owners is clear as it was all well maintained including sites and the cave walk. Amenities were clean and well equipped.

This Hipcamp is perfect! Quiet, beautiful, peaceful and fantastic facilities. We stayed 2 nights and will be back in the next 6 weeks. Next time we will camp at the lookout. If you stay you must do the caves and the 4wd drive. So many amazing views. The colours are just stunning.

Well Cameron’s hospitality was outstanding. The horses, cattle, chooks, dogs, Guinea foul, budgies, Major Mitchell’s, & all things wild & domesticated were great to see. Tara was out on a job so we didn’t get to meet her. Such a peaceful camp. Hot showers & toilets all rustic & functioning very well. Keep it simple..it is a wonderful bush camp. Thanks for sharing it with us
An absolute MUST stay destination to add to your bucket list. We experienced the wonder, light, magic, colours, silence and beauty of the Australian outback. The property is everything the owners have said about it plus more. The experience of the sunsets, stars and moon in the wide silent sky can't be compared. We camped at the Lookout and we were self sufficient. We just loved it.

Adavale way farm stay was a wonderful experience. It was well worth the drive. I would highly recommend staying here. Loved the sunsets and sunrise. The cave walk was awesome. And Tara was an excellent host.
Fantastic location at the lookout. The hosts have done a great job on making it very easy to navigate your way there and the cave walk was great. Really nice to arrive and find a table, chairs, bbq and small shelter available if needed. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Adavale Way Farm Stay- Camping
We opted for the lookout camp area. Had it to ourselves and the sunsets were amazing. Met with the owner Tara who gave us a few ideas on what to do and see. Awesome spot and great hosts.
Tara is a very welcoming and accomodating host. The property is beautiful. Farm stay sites are perfect, family friendly sites close to amenities. The outlook sites are a little more private and picturesque, and the cave walk is a cool little adventure. We loved our time here.
We stayed one night at the farm stay campsite which was close to the amenities. It was a beautiful spot and a great way to see farm life, in action.
The second night, we stayed at the lookout. The views were spectacular and it was a little more secluded. Would definitely recommend the farm stay sites if you have small kids, and the lookout for the views and privacy.
The rock cave walk was a nice adventure. Tara is super welcoming and accomodating. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay at the Lookout campsite. We stayed 5 nights and loved every minute. Spectacular views, cute little bbq hut and a short drive down to excellent showers/toilets/laundry/camp kitchen. All amenities clean and showers were hot with great pressure. Lovely, friendly owners. Easy drive back into Charleville and also recommend The Elegant Emu patisserie and Hell Hole Gorge in Adavale as day trips. Absolutely recommend Adavale Farm Stay and we will definitely return if out this way again.

Great location, facilities and super friendly. We had a great stay, enjoyed a wander around checking out the animals and enjoyed the quiet time around a camp fire. Tara was a great host and we would definitely stay again.
Fabulous farmstay outside of Charleville, easy access back to Charleville for day trips. The amenities were clean and tidy and my boys got to feed the horses, cows, goats, chickens, ducks and even got to have some freshly laid eggs for breakfast. Tara was a wonderful host and the property was great to explore. We went bike riding, watched the sunset from a lookout which was spectacular, there also was a cave walk that we all enjoyed. I can’t recommend enough, you need at least two days here, we could have stayed a week easily!

Owner was very quick to respond to my last-minute booking. I camped up at the lookout just for the one night and loved the view and serenity. It's a short 5min drive on dirt road through the property, just follow the signs. Plenty of firewood up at the lookout from fallen trees but not pre-cut for use in the metal campfire bins provided, I think there was info about extra firewood at the Self-check-in shed. I also did the Cave Walk in the morning which was a fun adventure. I'd definitely recommend getting there early or staying for more than one night to make the most of the activities on offer :)
A quick note that Google maps /Waze doesn't take you directly to the entry of the property, its another 5km or so down the road.
