The site was super clean and Donna was such a great host! She gave us a tour and even printed a map for the park. Nice view with all the fall colors, just wish the tall grass by the pond was trimmed a bit. You can hear some cars from the nearby road but it’s not too bad.

We had such a great family weekend staying with Donna near Mono Cliffs! The spot was peaceful, clean, and perfect for our trailer. Donna was so kind and helpful — it was a busy weekend at the park, and she went out of her way to show us where the locals park instead of the main provincial park lot, which made things so much easier. The kids loved exploring and we enjoyed being surrounded by nature but still close to everything. We’d absolutely stay again — thank you, Donna, for making it such a relaxing and welcoming stay!

What a great spot! The sunsets over the pond are incredible. Lots of flat spots for tents. Great hammock spots. The closeness to Mono Cliffs is amazing and Donna is super helpful in providing recommendations for hiking and parking.
While the house is visible form the site. There is still a sense of privacy. Donna was attentive and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience at Donna’s private campsite. Multiple options for where to pitch a tent or place a small camper. Great firepit, clean privy set back just enough to be private but not too far away for nighttime visits. A grill, cute table & chairs, pondside hammock, all of which we used. And delightful grassy paths carved out of the hilly spots, rewarding the explorer with great views of the pond and surrounding terrain.
Best of all, Donna was a great host, greeting us very soon after our arrival, checking in just the right amount, seeing us off at departure. Very personable and full of helpful tips on how to best enjoy the surrounding area (try dinner at Peter Cellars!). We would love to return some day!

Donna was a very gracious host with a very beautiful and well kept property. Situated extremely close to Mono Cliffs Provincial Park, she gave a map detailing all areas one can park as well as the many trails close by. My dog loved the experience, having the ability to run around off leash on her property. Would highly recommend!!

First, let me say I would 100% recommend this beautiful place! Whether you are seeking a place to play and have fun with family, or a quiet space to relax by a fire, sit, reflect, journal, or mindfully walk the well kept and beautiful paths on the property or down the road, on your own, with a another (human or furry!), this place will meet your needs. Situated just a kilometre plus from the entrance to the amazing Mono Cliffs Provincial Park, this space offers many opportunities to hike, picnic, walk part of the Bruce Trail, or enjoy the spacious campsite and nearby pond at your fingertips.
Donna, is a kind and friendly human who went above and beyond as host. This being my first HipCamp trip, I didn’t know what to expect. Donna met us when we arrived, brought a wheelbarrow full of firewood (a small fee) down to our site, and showed us the property explaining what is nearby and offering a map if we wanted one. She then wished us well and left us to enjoy the time we had booked in privacy.(She also greeted Lucy warmly, and, well, that says it all :-)). The RV/tent/Car space is large and level, grassy with lots of large trees and shrubs around. The fire pit, chairs, outhouse and pond are located slightly below the tent area. Lucy was able to be off leash enjoying running and playing around the site, and lounging by the fire with me after a nice hike into the woods. Electricity is available at the site, convenient for keeping electronics charge! Thank you!

We had an amazing time at Donna’s property! She showed us around when we first arrived and then we experienced complete privacy after that. Each evening we enjoyed a glass of wine and the sunset at the bench overlooking the pond. The firepit was perfect for bonfires. The water and electric hookup was so convenient for us in our travel trailer. The property is fantastic! We would love to come again!!

It really is close to Mono cliffs and was a great base for exploring the park as well as a lot of other Orangeville locations. The property and camping location are really beautiful. You are on the edge of quite a nice wetland and they have cut trails through the property that are fun to explore. It's nice to be the only people camping on the property, you are a little bit overlooked by the house but it is some distance away and we felt like our privacy was totally respected. Also, Donna was very nice and helpful. Would recommend if you would like a stay near Mono Cliffs PP.

Absolutely incredible. Host was exceptional. Camp site was clean and amenities were well looked after.
Will be staying here again for years to come.

This will forever be a core memory for my boys. It was so relaxing at Donna’s. I would say this is the most family friendly place. The trail system on the property was so fun. It felt so freeing to get out and run through the property. So incredibly grateful to her and all she does to maintain her place! Thank you so much Donna. Hoping to be back next year :)

Donna’s spot is quite cozy and beautifully landscaped. We had a great time and the off leash for the puppers was appreciated by them both as well.
I would go back again as Donna is a wonderful host.
Frog songs and fireflies all night long was another added plus.

We really enjoyed ourselves at Donna's camp. The property is fantastic, very quiet and peaceful. Close proximity to Mono Cliffs Provincial Park so a morning hike was a great option. There is also a short trail around the pond that Donna keeps cut for an easy stroll. Donna was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely return again in the future.

We loved camping on Donna's land. She was super friendly and spot on with her directions.
Our four grandsons had a fantastic first camping trip. They spotted 3 turtles which was a highlight. Beautiful pond and having electricity, water and outhouse close by was perfect! Definitely recommend.
Thanks Donna, we look forward to coming back in the future.

Beautiful spot by the pond you could hear all kinds of birds during the day and frogs and coyotes at night. I felt super spoiled having electricity and running water right at camp. Donna was super friendly and assisted my mom and I as our trail angel with dropping us off at our starting points for our hikes (for a small reasonable fee). The Bruce trail is close by perfect if you’re a hiker. The site does seem to have an airplane course that runs directly above which is super cool to watch the planes go by as they are getting lower to the ground in order to land.

We had an amazing time camping on Donna’s land! The place was peaceful and perfect for relaxing and getting away from the city. Donna was super welcoming and generous. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to camp.

As a 77 year old woman, I decided to go car camping.
I looked at all the camping places around the internet. They were all crowded and being a Hermit by nature, this was not what I was looking for. I looked for tranquility, and also hiking opportunities.
When I found Donnas little charming place I was immediately taken.
Arriving there I was not disappointed.
It had all and more. The area around there is nothing short of amazing.
Donna is a respectful and kind person and very helpful. She took the time to show me around and she came every day to just see if I was in need of anything. And she helped wherever she could.
Best of all my little Chihuahua “Blossom” could be off leash. She was sooooo happy.
I hope I can come back again if my heath permits it. I would love to explore more hiking routes at Mono Cliff Provincial Park.
All in all I warmly recommend this place for peace seeking folks. You will love it!!!

We had a great time here. Having access to the electricity, water, outhouse and the Bruce Trails were all highlights! We took advantage of the swim spa too as the weather was very wet and chilly. It made for a great weekend.

I had a wonderful stay at Donna's campsite. Myself and my partner were tent camping in the cold November weather, and she had lots of firewood for purchase which was a lifesaver. She was really accommodating, especially when we had trouble navigating to the site. The land was nice for a little walk around, with lots of chairs set up, and a game of horseshoe to play! I can't recommend this site enough. Thanks again for a great stay!
