What a great spot to escape the hustle. We stayed for 3 nights whilst we explored around Katherine. Duane and Bel were great hosts. Nothing was problem and communication was excellent. Really nice camp kitchen and bathroom. Nice grassy site which was welcome too. I would highly recommend this if you're looking for really relaxing stay in Katherine.

We stayed as a couple and had such a great quite peaceful night. Even if anyone else had been there would still have been quiet and relaxing. duane made us feel very welcome and showed us what we needed to know and then left us too it. Had use of the beautiful pool,amenities such as bathroom and kitchen and seating area. If you don’t fancy staying in Katherine then this is a few kms out of town but so worth it. Thanks Duane for a great overnight stay

Lovely and peaceful. Shower was amazing and a great wee area for a bbq if you’d be needing anything like that. Pretty close to town too. Would definitely stay again.

Straightforward and easy camp-site with plenty of space to put a tent, awesome view of the night sky, amenities are kept in good nick, there's no interruption of your privacy, and very gracious hosts that are happy to help out with any issues or questions, even just to tell you where to find the bests spots

Great spot for an easy camping experience: Has lil cooking set up, flushing toilet, hot shower. Location is a bit out of town so it feels safer and quieter. No other campers so felt private too.
We were 4 adults; 2 slept in caravan and 2 in a double swag and a gazebo which the hosts generously offered and helped to set up! Hosts went over and above to help us out.

If staying around Katherine this is the place to go.

Definitely one of the best Hipcamp we have stayed at very hospitable hosts and a lovely campground.
Amenities are so nice it hard to leave.
Highly recommended this camp but please leave space for us we will be back.

I was very grateful to camp at Duane's place! While it is very close to Tindal (RAAF base), it was still quieter than the caravan parks in the Top End during the dry season - I appreciated the solitude and the fact that only one tent site is available. The beautiful landscaped gardens, easy location just outside Katherine, bathroom with shower, and a fridge, were all great additions for my humble swag spot.
