Full Description Welcome to our hidden gem on Yass River Road — a serene, family-friendly farm stay surrounded by nature and wildlife. This private, self-sufficient cabin comfortably sleeps three and offers everything you need for a relaxing rural getaway. Accommodation: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Outdoors & Activities: Explore private walking trails, enjoy river access for fishing or canoeing, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or simply relax at the picnic table in the backyard. Firewood for the pit is provided. Farm Life: Meet our friendly farm animals — horses, sheep, and chickens — and get a taste of real farm living. Signs guide you safely around paddocks and remind guests to close gates. Safety & Comfort: Fire pit and BBQ areas; fire blanket and extinguisher; smoke alarms in every room; rain jackets for unexpected weather; and a fully stocked first-aid kit, including snake-bite supplies.
