Snuggled in the picturesque Capertee Valley, Wirimbirra is a place to unwind and enjoy amazing views and beautiful country. Bushwalk, birdwatch, swim, stargaze, sit by the campfire.

Songlark Campsite is a flat grassy space near a dam, perfect for swimming, and with close up views of escarpments. With dark skies at night, the stars are incredible! Guests will enjoy 10 acres to themselves. Guests will have access to a portaloo and firepit with wood provided. There are no hookups at this site. Visit local National Parks eg Ganguddy, Capertee, Coorangooba. Kandos township 30 minute drive. From the Paddock cafe is 20 mins away. We are on the Capertee Valley Bird Trail.

The Cattle Yard Campsite has flat, easy access from the road, ideal for RVs and campervans with spectacular views of local mountains. The entrance gate is 3m wide and part of a 5m frontage. The yard extends back 22m to a width at the back of 10m. You may see our goats, cows or horses strolling nearby. We've seen 77 species of birds at Wirimbirra and the bushland next to this site is the home of scarlet as well as brown-headed honeyeaters and mistletoebirds. The dark skies are perfect for stargazing and guests can walk our bush trails. Within half an hour drive is the 20th century town of Kandos, the pressed-tin church village of Glen Alice, the shale oil town of Glen Davis as well as Coorongooba and Capertee National Parks.

Great spot to camp. Wonderful views, secluded spot, good amenities, plenty of space to setup and a great firepit. Camping out under the stars with friends and family was an amazing experience. Easy to get to campsite, Leanne was very informative and accommodating. We will be coming back to this campground in the future.

The views at this property are spectacular! Leanne has created such a beautiful campsite. Some well shaded picnic tables, an amazing fire bucket and plenty of space. The directions were very clear and communications with our host was easy. Such a beautiful experience.

Beautiful vista! Would recommend a large mat to keep things clean. We had a wonderful overnight stay. The fire pit with fire wood supplied was awesome.

I loved my time at this camp and i would say is my favourite time camping. Completely private and very large area! Everything was perfect! A handmade picnic table in the shade. Multiple logs to sit if you have multiple people. A very cute firepit area and great supply of firewood! Great access to a toilet aswell! Overall a perfect campground!
