Wattle Valley Farm lies is a 100 acre property, bounded by the iconic Wollombi Brook, which many native wildlife call home.  During your stay, you might even come across some of our friendly native residents like wombats, kangaroos, echidnas, goannas, kookaburras and black cockatoos. We also have a number of short walks you are welcome to take if you want to explore the property while you are here, including local Aboriginal cave art and our beautiful scenic river walk. Wattle Valley Farm is located in the heart of the Wollombi Valley and the Hunter Valley wine region, making it an ideal base while you explore everything the region has to offer.  The historic village of Wollombi is only five minutes up the road, and has a lively cafe scene, unique experiences and the famous Wollombi Tavern. Meanwhile, the popular Broke and Pokolbin wine regions are a short 30-40 minute drive along the beautiful, meandering country roads.

Pet-friendly Camping
Loved our stay at Wattle Valley Farm! The site was great and facilities were clean. Our pup (and us) loved swimming in the creek and spending nights by the campfire! Perfect location for wineries and Wollombi. We will be back!

Camp at Wattle Valley Farm Wollombi
Best camp spot in NSW
Wow, what a great trip. Matt and his young boy greeted us on their push bike as soon as we arrived. They gave us the run down of the place and pointed out the best spots to camp. The location was also rippa! We had a lovely swim in the river to cool off. Great amenities, hot showers, washing up area for dishes. 3 minute drive from town. Will most definitely be back!

Camp at Wattle Valley Farm Wollombi
Nice spot. Quiet on the Saturday night we visited. Ammenities good, clean. We stayed only 1 night, 2x nights would be enough. Within a great area. We intend to return again.

Highly recommend this place !
Huge area so the camp sites are secluded. Beautiful, peaceful, plenty of bird life. Quiet. Absolutely perfect for an escape from life!

Pet-friendly Camping
Big sites. Plenty to choose from - shade, full sun, you name it. Hot showers and clean toilets a bonus. Matt and Jenna told us all we needed, then left us to it. Easy weekend away. Swing into a nearby winery on your way and enjoy by the campfire.
