Horse Accommodation • Grassy paddocks • Safe yards • Comfortable stables Guest Accommodation • Camping in scenic spots around the farm (including with your horses) – Solar electric fencing yards can be set up for you • Self-catered glamping in our fully equipped, spacious caravan • BnB or fully catered stay in our farmhouse guest room, featuring a comfortable king-size bed – Meals are served on the front verandah overlooking the garden Riding and Facilities • Float your horse to Mylestom Beach for a ride in the surf — only a 15-minute drive • Enjoy the facilities at the farm, including: – Flatwork or jumping lessons in our 60 × 20 grass arena – Cross-country training over varied terrain and natural fences – Relaxed trail rides around the farm to take in the natural surroundings Our resident British Horse Society Level 3 Coach is available to support you as much or as little as you like. Whether you’ve had a break from riding and want help getting back into it, have a young horse needing new experiences, want to polish your riding skills, or simply wish to relax and enjoy time with your horse — we can tailor your stay to suit you. Come alone, bring a friend, or bring the whole family. Enjoy trail rides around the farm, book a couple of riding lessons, or box up for a beach ride — the choice is yours. • Camp in your truck or pitch a tent • Stay in our 23-ft retro caravan, featuring: – Double bed – Bunk beds – Kitchenette for self-catering Alternatively, stay in our spacious farmhouse guest bedroom with catering available. NB Horse stays, riding lessons , and meals requirements to be arranged in advance directly with your host agistment agreement required . Experience the charm of our retro Millard Caravan, which comfortably sleeps six with a double bed and double bunks. Tucked away in a peaceful and private setting overlooking the creek on our pictuesque farm in Valery, near Bellingen. Contains dining /seating area , kitchenette with sink , fridge/freezer ,microwave, small cooking ring ,toaster and kettle. Enjoy additional outdoor seating with gas BBQ and firepit perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing and soaking in the tranquil surroundings. WC with flush toilet and hot and cold hand basin is located just a short distance from the caravan at the rear of the farmhouse. Explore the farm , have a picnic by the lilly laden dam . Enjoy scenic mountain views from the top or wander the creek trails immerseing yourself in the rich flora and fauna—keep your eyes peeled for a koala! Nearby youll find many natural attractions inc the stunning Promised Lands and the the refreshing waterholes along the Never Never Creek .Perfect to cool off on a hot summer day .

Host no-show, no help from hipcamp
Farmhouse Guest Bedroom
Arrived at 2 pm and was left waiting outside the property for over an hour with no host present, no access, and no clear instructions. There was no self check-in option, no other campers on site, no phone reception, and no attempt at communication from the host. Being left alone on a rural property with no way to enter felt unsafe and unprofessional. I searched the property to find someone and left multiple messages with no response. I was only able to reach the host later once the call option became available in the Hipcamp app. The host later provided conflicting explanations instead of taking responsibility for the no-show and refused to issue a refund of $120. The listing was misleading, cleanliness around the house was below expectations, and communication was extremely poor. This was a complete failure of basic hosting duties. If you value safety, honesty, and clear communication, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
