The hosts were absolutely amazing! The portaloo was so clean and the place is incredible. So many animals to see and we did the truffle hunt. We got to taste some food with truffle in it and it was amazing. Would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back.

Raymond and Trisha were so welcoming. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Horses, cow, goats, chickens and the pig were very kid friendly. Plenty of good dry fire wood provided at our site. There is so much to offer at this property we wish we’d booked for 2-3 days not just a one night stop over. Hoping to come back again.

What a beautiful place! Tricia was an incredible host. Heaps of room to relax, the kids loved visiting all the animals and they even helped us out with a few teabags as we had forgotten ours.
They helped sort us with wood for the fire too!
Be sure to book in for truffle hunting activities in advance as we missed out this time. Certainly a convenient excuse for another visit!

We really enjoyed our stay, the farm is beautiful and the hosts very welcoming, including dropping off firewood for the campfire. We were the only guests, and having the whole field to ourselves was relaxing and a perfect way to soak in the amazing night sky. I would also recommend the farm fresh eggs, they were delicious for our breakfast.

Loved the comforts of a cabin plus outdoor fire and shower. The whole property is lovely and we enjoyed seeing the animals there as well. Close relatively to some great rides and bush. Will love to return. Thanks for your hospitality

We absolutely loved camping at the truffle farm. The cows and horses were incredibly cute and the little walk to the river was gorgeous, we felt like we were on the edge of the earth. The stars overnight were beautiful and the fresh farm eggs in the morning were a delightful touch. I'd love to be back!

We loved our stay at the farm! The animals were a real hit with our son and he hasn’t stopped talking about them. Tricia and her husband were kind an enough to offer us the cabin during the heavy rain which was an absolute life saver, we can’t wait to book in our next trip up to the farm and bring some friends and family along this time round

Cozy Van in Bush Setting

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the truffle farm. The farm animals were friendly and an extra excitement for the the kids. Perfect location not far from the pub and the river and perfectly peaceful and quiet. Tricia was an exceptional host and took the time to show us around and explain all about truffles. Portaloo was very handy- Just remember toilet paper and your own water to flush! Sites had beautiful picnic tables and fire pits. Looking forward to returning.

Absolutely loved our stay. Hosts were super nice and gave us clear instructions. The walk down to the river was amazing, a nice sandy area with shallow water perfect for our little dog (and a great spot for young children) very affordable in price and fire wood was provided. Can’t wait to stay again.

We loved our stay at the truffle farm!
Tricia was a wonderful and very gracious host, who greeted us on arrival with a map to explore down to the Shoalhaven river. The camp area itself is well maintained, a lovely open pasture set a ways from the farm itself which is lovely and private. We had a 4WD so travelled down to both beach fronts on the map, and had them completely to ourselves- slow flowing enough for a toddler, and our paddle board ☺️ Tricia invited us along for the animal feedings every night, and the animals were very friendly. Our two year old loved it. We had a great stay, paid a very reasonable price and had a wonderful long weekend ☺️

We spent 2 nights here and it was absolutely amazing! Hosts were so welcoming and helpful, the cabin was gorgeous, the property is breathtaking and we loved the 4x4 tracks! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a getaway where you can just relax and not have to worry about a thing!

Rustic Bush Cabin with moon bathing
This place was amazing, every aspect was so enjoyable even with rain! Absolute amazing hosts, we got to be included in feeding time with all the animals, easy location, beautiful views and such an amazing time!

Had a very quiet and relaxing stay. Only ever a couple of bookings dispersed over a huge area. Hosts are fantastic and friendly dogs, pig, goats and horses. Drive to river is about 15mins by 4WD, usually quiet, shallow gets deeper very gradually and slow flowing - good for families. Closest ‘entertainment ‘ is Nerriga pub about 10 minutes away. Come here to chill out, read and have an afternoon snooze. Bring the aerogard. Plenty of fallen timber around the property if there is no fireban. We’ll be back in winter for a truffle hunt!

Beautiful camp-site on a well maintained property.
Property owners allow campers to camp liberally which gives you the choice of camping in the open or under trees with a porta-loo within walking distance. Portaloo was also clean.
Other campers in the vicinity were pleasent and having the ability to choose where to camp allows good privacy.
At around 1750hrs property owners feed the animals which we were invited to come along and watch which was lovely and very enjoyable.
The owners also provided a map of the property where you'll find river access on an approximate 2km drivable/ walkable track. 4x4 recommended for beyond the approximate 1km mark as it becomes quite sandy.
Overall main camp-site area is accessible by 2wd and is flat.

Cracking spot. The river was amazing. Plenty of shallow spots for the little kids and deep enough on the far bank for the the bigger kids to have fun too. Loads of wildlife around: Yabbies, fish, goannas, turtles, kangaroos.
(Definite 4WD access only)
Our hosts were absolutely lovely. They were very generous with their time and letting the kids fees their farm animals. (If our wonderful hosts read this, thank you, the kids have not stop talking about the horses).

We have been motorcycle camping for a week and Truffle Farm Camping was out favourite site. Be it the kids attempting to get in the tent to investigate the lamp, attempting to eat my straw hat, the hosts friendly welcome or the very happy pig, FYI likes carrots.

Thank you Tricia for having us at the moonbath shack we had a ball, to waking up surrounded by the beautiful animals that just roam freely and pop up to say hi, to the gorgeous river that we swam in everyday! We are hoping to rebook come truffle hunting times! Thanks again!!

It was our first time camping and the experience was superb! Tricia and her husband was very approachable and accomodating. The farm is lovely and we enjoyed our nice and peaceful time while observing their farm animals. The 4wd experience going to the river was a fun experience too!

Welcome to a quiet corner of the upper shoalhaven region. Country paddock complete with friendly farm animals and who would have guessed, a truffle tree forest. It was relaxing, off-grid & back to nature. Looking forward to visiting again.
