Our 300-acre off-grid property backs onto the Barmah National Park. This forest, together with the adjoining Millewa forest, forms the largest River Red Gum forest in the world - it's majestic to explore. Our property is just 500 meters from the Murray River. From your camp, roughly a 1 kilometre walk through the forest. On our boundary is Backwater Creek, which fills with water when the Murray River is up. NOTE: Creek is often dry. It has water in it after environmental flows of the Murray. This can happen several times a year and the water lasts a few months. If you have any questions about water levels please ask before booking as it might be dry when you're here. We're located just 5kms northeast of Moama, where you can hop aboard a paddle-steamer, visit waterside wineries and soak up rich riverboat heritage. We offer a few large, beautiful, basic bush camping sites (the best kind!) in amongst 50 acres of bushland, with 100's of meters and trees between you and other potential campers. The rest of our property is used for cropping and sheep. Campers must take out what you bring in. Big Bama and No 3 - you'll need to be fully self contained. There is a dump point in Moama. Toilets can be hired from Central Hire in Echuca. They can deliver it for you. Mobile and internet is usually reliable, though with long weekends and summer school holidays the service seems to disappear! *Please feel free to book anyone in your possie that is under 18 as a child.

Big Bama Bush Camp -Groups welcome
SILENT CAMPING
We were very lucky to have this beautiful campsite to ourselves! Was a calm, clean camp and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Having a flushing toilet and hot shower during our stay was the cherry on the cake!

Little Bell Glamping tent
Rustic, private & relaxing
We loved staying at Little Bell. Kerry & Ben have anticipated the needs of their guests so well, everything Is really well thought out and set up with rustic charm! We loved the big bath/trough for the very hot days and the convenience of a flushing toilet, a shower and a small fridge were real luxuries compared to normal camping. We had a constant couple of Kookaburra friends and spotted a goanna. Despite the handy proximity to town it felt very private and still very much like you’re out in ‘the bush’. Would definitely come back!

Loved every minute.
Ended up staying at Big Bama. It was really hot and Kerry said fill up the concrete tub. It was bliss on a hot day. Lovely quiet place, the toilet and shower were perfect distance away and nice and clean. Nice and close to Echuca for a paddle steamer ride too. Throughly enjoyed our stay. George the dog absolutely loved it as well.

Lovely peaceful stay, plenty of trees and shade and bird life. Cold shower and tap in No 3 camp area. Hot water shower and flushing toilet for use by both camp spots. Really well set up with solar lights in trees near toilets for nighttime use. Kerry was easy to contact and very helpful. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.
