Welcome to SLEEPY HOLLOW MANOR ESTATE, A family farm Acting under the state government agricultural tourism reform allowing primary producers and livestock farms such as us on RU2 property to have visitors. As part of this we have to follow some simple protocol! Unfortunately, we have had some issues with local council which now monitor our movements closely and we ask that you follow these simple rules extremely closely failure to do may cause us to reject your booking and may incur penalties to both of us as the landholders and also the camper. 1. STRICTLY No Caravans, RV's, Tents or Any Camping site is to be set up within 50 meters of the creek. 2. No more that 20 people camping on the property at one time. 3. Zero impact to the land and surrounds treat it like you would a national park. 4. All waste must be bagged and taken off site with you. A farm with a difference with a small-scale ECO low impact primitive camping style based under the NSW State agriculture tourism reform Enjoy the peace and tranquility as you hear the birds or just sit watching the water trickle through the creeks and waterholes. we have array of wildlife on our estate and its surrounds.

BOOKING INFORMATION- please read carefully We are 100% recommended with outstanding reviews we have been and are in high demand please take care when booking, thank you. ** ONE SITE = ONE VEHICLE ONE FAMILY If you have additional vehicles/guests / couples etc. MUST book separately & Or you can CALL OR MESSAGE us if your not sure what to do. So that we stay within our regulated guidelines For instance you can't put 2 caravans in one site our sites are dispursed and yes, and you can all still be together without an issue if you have a bigger group just message us.. Please be honest when booking and paying and do the right thing and add an extra site to accommodate additional people and vehicles in your group this not only protects us but PROTECTS YOU as part of the insurance camping policy we have with hipcamp and legislation. Whether you're watching and listening to the water trickle through the creeks or water holes home our saw back turtles and if your quite and wait you'll have a chance sighting of our family of platypus... please take care to be ultra quiet in this area as they will move home if there's is too much activity or constant noise over period of time we are trying to share yet preserve them..... You're welcome to walk along our streams & we have some short Forrest bush walks and see some of our beautiful bird resident kingfishers, tawny frogmouth owls, black cockatoos, wild bush turkeys much more or maybe you just want to kicking back with your feet up watching your campfire cook a stewing your camp oven, either way you'll be sure to have a getaway to remember.... Our camp site located in northern river's region. Roughly halfway between Gold Coast and Byron Bay. Sleepy Hollow Road in the Sleepy Hollow Valley, we are just 5 minutes drive to the beach, 25 minutes from Byron Bay, theres many attractions near by the list is endless with amazing hikes walks and bike rides the iconic Tweed Valley Rail Trail is only 5 minutes drive away not to mention we are 10 minutes drive of the North Byron festival grounds making it a an ideal spot to set up camp if your headed to events such as the Falls festival, splendour in the grass, bluesfest and many more events that are held in the area.
