This property is on 10 acres on the remote South Coast of NSW in the quiet town of Kioloa near Bawley Point.
The Property has a house on it which can also be booked as a site/cabin. There are 2 x 15 amp caravan plug points several metres from the house that can be used for caravans. You will need your own toilet facilities and water for the caravan sites.
The suburb has plenty to do and explore:
- Surfing
- Fishing
- Snorkelling
- Boat ramps to beach and lagoons
- Bush walks through the National Park
- Diving
- bike paths
It has a general store and 2 great cafes open in peak times and weekends, an IGA, a bakery, a liquor store and a newsagent.
Its 30mins from both Ulladulla and Batemans Bay, in the middle. These are the closest large towns for supplies, and repairs for caravans and cars.
We loved staying the night on Alison’s land. There was an electrical hookup so it was perfect to top off our power, without staying at a busy and crowded caravan park. We shared the field with the ‘Roos and enjoyed our quiet solitude.
Quiet spot friendly Roos and a couple of nesting plovers and a pair of magpies that had no qualms walking straight up to you.. They were very entertaining .
Fantastic open site with loads of space for kids to run around. They loved being close to the kangaroos and nature. Short walks to local cafe, beach, bushwalks and short drives to much more. Nice quiet relaxing pocket of the world. We were lucky with calm weather with a bit of rain, but could be a bit exposed in windy conditions.
Alison’s property offered close access to the beach and amenities. The yard was well maintained and easy to access, while offering a number of flat spots for rooftop tent campers.
This is a beautiful house, in an awesome spot. There is heaps of Australian wildlife st the front door. First time ive seen a bandicoot! We had one minor issue with our stay which the host was exceptionally accomodating. I would definetly recommend this place.
