Overall we had a good experience. Due to recent rain, the campsite was pretty damp and a little hemmed in by the surrounding undergrowth. The track in would be tricky for a two wheel drive vehicle.

Loved camping at the Moors. Private and peaceful setting all to ourselves. Plenty of fire wood provided and directions made finding it very easy. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful secluded spot just off the highway. Excellent communication, plenty of firewood, nice and quiet. Thanks Matthew! :)

Thank you Matthew
for a lovely private camp sites. The dogs and I rnjoyed the walks through regenerating forests. Great supply of firewood and great to see a good range of native animals and birds. Even some deer.

Granted, the weather was miserable the night I stayed here, but the site was unlevel and muddy. Lovely that it was very secluded and private but the trade off for the ‘rainforest feel’ was a huge amount of mosquitoes so would recommend coming prepared. As the ad states, 4WD access only. Perhaps would be nicer in better weather.

Thank you Matthew, the Moors were lovely and quiet, plenty of room to stretch out with a couple of tent sites on offer. Don’t forget to pack some bug spray as it can get buzzy at night time.
Matthew was super thoughtful in setting up a campfire with an abundant wood pile to keep it going.

Fern Gully Campsite
Great secluded little spot! Peaceful and not too far out of the way from little trips to the beaches in and around Eden. Didn’t get hassled by mozzies and more firewood than you can believe. My girlfriend and I had a great time. Smaller cars might have a little trouble getting in and out, but the signage off Ben Boyd road made it easy to fun. Would definitely stay again
