Those hypnotic views
We camped at the Concious Crop for over a week in our 18”6’ van , the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable.Rod is a super host & a very thoughtful giving human. We had vehicle issues during the stay and he offered us an extended period and shared some of his delicious crops with us. Having water on site was another surprise we appreciated . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful site!
Beautiful spot. We spend 3 nights here in a camper pod. Rodney gave us easy and great instructions to find it. We enjoyed our stay and we found it very interesting and inspiring what Rodney is achieving here. The fire pit is outstanding, lot’s of creativity and love has gone into it.

Epic spot to stay!
Rodney is an awesome host, so welcoming with an interesting and genuine story. The fire pit, the sunsets, the serenity, and learning about the market garden made for a unique and beautiful stay.
Thanks Rod!

Epic views and epic host
Spent a wonderful 9 nights at Conscious Crop. Rod is an utter gent and his property is beautiful. His passion and enthusiasm for ‘real food’ and sustainable organic regeneration of the land is intoxicating and the work he’s done there is in plain view. Speaking of - that view!! It’s worth the price alone.
Do note that while the site pretty much flat you do need about 15mm of lift in your levelling ramps to level off properly and the site would be tricky to put a medium size van in prime position for the view with a 2WD in all but the driest conditions. The track up and the site are probably best negotiated with a 4WD unless you have the lightest of rigs. Also the water is potable but not mains pressure so it’s a tank fill affair only, and you’ll need approx 40m of hose to reach from the tap the van in situ. The property has 18mm hoses so make sure you have a large tap-to-12mm fitting to plug your hose in if you have the standard campsite grade water hookup.
The site has a good amount of shade morning and evening but gets plenty of high sun to charge solar panels.
The property is far enough from the road that you’re not disturbed at all by traffic and the site is almost completely hidden from the road so felt secure there.
Struggling to fault it - absolutely awesome place - defo my future go-to spot in the Jindy area.
