At our beautiful bushland retreat, we offer three accommodation options: A loft with beautiful bush outlook, and two vintage caravans, each set in private areas of the property with sweeping views. Guests are welcome to explore the nature walks on property, around the lake and up to lookout. Enjoy the peaceful base, whilst being just a short drive to the famous Wentworth Falls walks and Leura and Wentworth Falls Villages.

Vintage Vues - Cute, Quirky and Eco with Forever Views. 'Meg' the 1959 Globe Caravan is positioned with vistas across the stunning mountain ranges. Soak up the sunrises and sunsets in a cosy 50s style. The caravan features a seating area /kitchen with a gas cooker and an esky for cold things. There's an outdoor fire pit and gas BBQ for enjoying dinner, drinks and unforgettable sunsets! The bathroom and shower block is a 350-metre walk. The caravan is off-grid, solar-powered with bottled rainwater. The space Enjoy an off-grid glamping experience with breathtaking views. Set at the top of a large acreage property with bush and valley views and is ideally located between Wentworth Falls and Leura. This cute and quirky accommodation is suitable for guests who want a unique nature-style experience. The caravan is an original Globe caravan built in South Australia. The caravan has a solar panel for lights and charging devices and a solar-powered lantern with speakers for Bluetooth connection. PLEASE NOTE One small dog is welcome, but dogs cannot be left unattended in a caravan. The kitchen is equipped with 20 litres of water for drinking, cooking and washing. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans The bed is a cosy double fitted with sheets, two duvets and woollen blankets, ideal for singles and romantic stays. Fire Pit (Autumn /Winter only) Firewood is provided for 1 -2 fires in the outdoor fire pit Other things to note Vintage Vues is suitable for agile guests who want a camping-type experience. There is no heating in the caravan, so you need to bring warm jackets, thermals, beanies and gloves in cold weather. The Caravan has only USB power outlets from Solar Panels, for lights and charging devices. There is a BBQ and Fire pit for wonderful sunrise and sunset views. Relax and unwind in nature, detox from technology with no internet and limited mobile reception ( Telstra Optus and Vodaphone good) just stones through to the gorgeous villages of Wentworth Falls and Leura. With a beautiful lake to swim in summer and the sounds of frogs at night you will be sure to feel refreshed!

'Sunset Skies' is a 1960s Caravan positioned with vistas across wetlands and stunning mountain ranges. Soak up the sunrises and sunsets in cosy 60s style, featuring a seating area and double bed. Included in your stay is the separate studio building with a cosy indoor fireplace, kitchenette, bar fridge, lounge and creative space for painting, reading and relaxing. Outdoor fire pit and BBQ pavilion. The bathroom and shower block is a 350-metre walk. The caravan is off the grid. The space Enjoy an off-grid glamping experience with breathtaking views. Scribbly Gum Loft Studio is a rustic retreat located in a bush setting on private bushland acreage, there are bush walks, a lake, private lookouts, and artists' studios on the site. The studio features a queen bed downstairs and a double bed up in the loft, ideal for close friends or children - who are comfortable using stairs and sharing the space, or a great space to read and relax. The eco-shared bathroom is located outside the loft along the covered verandah. The space Relax and Rewind in the eco and bushland setting. The Loft features a bush outlook and an outdoor seating area. Enjoy the walks to the lookout and lake on the property. Close drive to famous Wentworth Falls walks and Leura and Wentworth Falls Villages Kitchenette facilities include a bar fridge, sink, kettle, induction stove/hot plate and oven, toaster, pots, pans, tea and plunger, and espresso coffee. There is a table and chairs outside and a gas BBQ. There are 2 bathrooms - One is a full bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink and another separate bathroom with sink and toilet, these are sometimes shared with other guests located on the property. In winter there is a gas heater and outdoor fire pit to enjoy our crisp starry nights! The eco-bathroom is located outside the loft along the covered verandah. A few steps from the studio. There is a sink for washing in your room. Scribbly Gum is set inside the grounds of an eco off-the-grid environmental art center independently running on a large solar system and rainwater. There is a 500m maintained dirt road to the studio. There are walking tracks on the property around the lake and on the lookout. Our eco property has a five-star carbon rating. We welcome eco-friendly guests of all nationalities. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the nature walks on the property, around the lake, and up to the lookout. Private art classes in painting, mosaics, and private yoga by arrangement Other things to note A 25-minute walk from Wentworth Falls Station. Bus and taxis available, Pick up with prior arrangement.

I really enjoyed staying at the Sunset Skies retro caravan experience. It was great. We were able to light a fire and sit and watch sun go down whilst having access to a barbeque and a studio. We spent most of our time sitting outside the caravan around the fire and we had access to the studio 50m away to make tea and coffe although if we had bought a can we could have boiled up the water on our fire. A great alternative to camping over winter. Selen was very helpful and supplied lots of info and tips.
