Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm
I had the most wonderful time here at Kates cottage. I met Peter on arrival and he gave me a tour around, Peter was welcoming and also got the pizza oven going for me and I cooked a very yummy pizza on it. The cottage is a lovely cute stay and the BBQ area and surrounding areas are just the best! There are some great spots to watch the sunrise in the morning. I met three sweet and lovely dogs, enjoyed a cuddle with them. I truly wish I could of stayed longer, I will be back if/when I come to armidale again. You would be crazy to to stay here☺️

Such a lovely place to stay in such a lovely part of the world. Great host so friendly and highly recommend staying here. Close close to town nice and quiet property with lovely animals. Great games room with pool table and darts. Will definitely stay here again . Thank guys for having us.

Stayed one night at Peter’s property and it was amazing, me and my partner made pizzas from scratch in the pizza oven and it was amazing, Peter had the fire going when we arrived and some tea and biscuits for the morning. Will be back next time we are in town

Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm
Lovely stay!
Kate's cottage was a perfect last minute getaway for our family of 3! Hosts are incredibly lovely and kind, grounds around the property were just gorgeous. The very friendly dogs loving on the property were divine. Our daughter LOVED exploring around and of course the little play area. The little cottage was warm and snuggly on a cold rainy night. Highly recommend, I suspect we'll be back one day!

Peter’s communication prior to arriving was first class. Once there, he met us and showed us around, taking time to point out anything that need extra explanation.
The accomodation was clean and had everything that could be asked for.
