Kokomo Cabin

Cabin · Sleeps 2
Sit by the fire in winter or the adjoining pool under the grapevine in summer and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. KOKOMO is a restored farm cart shed and is behind the homestead 'TYNO' that is located on 1 acre amidst beautiful farmland. Nearby is an old shed where Tony builds his unique tables and furniture. The space Kokomo has been restored using original materials from the old cart shed. The floor is quite unique with a flagstone appearance and the fireplace is made from blue metal stone excavated from nearby cattle yards. All materials are recycled from the original shed. Guest access Drive in off Rose Valley Road over a bridge and creek the down driveway turning right at the rear of house TYNO.

Tyno Cabin

Cabin · Sleeps 2
Set amongst the green pastures of Rose Valley yet only five minutes from Gerringong and the beach. Enjoy reading a book next to the pool or exploring local towns like Berry and Kiama. Walk along the beautiful coastline to Kiama or play a round of golf at the spectacular Gerringong golf course with ocean views. There are lots of things to do or just chill out at home. The space The space is a one-room cabin that contains all the basics. It is only suited to couples or people who don't mind that there is no privacy for the shower as it is in the main room. The room has air-conditioning, a shower, a toilet cubicle, and a small kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a BBQ available under cover and a fridge/freezer as well. It is not suitable for large-scale cooking, there are many nice restaurants around. Please ask for recommendations when you are booking. My house is close but on the western side of the cabin is a secluded veranda which is private and shielded by a large hedge. You are most welcome to enjoy the pool which is right next to the cabin. There is a large lawn in the front on which you can play boules or kick a footy. Guest access You enter the place over a little timber bridge into the beautiful garden. Make sure you swing right out as it is a tight turn through the gates. You can use the pool and the front lawn. Other things to note By special arrangement, you could make a piece of furniture with my help, for instance, a table.
