A wonderful hip camp. Beautiful and green, easy to get to and Narooma with beaches and etc… just a short drive away. A great stay.

My husband and I loved Anchorage Farm Narooma. Plenty of space on the green grass surrounded by bush. Birds and wallabies added to the beauty of the campsite.

Anchorage Farm Narooma
I nice spot five minutes from Narooma on a dead end road. As described, it is a mown paddock but with various reasonably level spots for caravan, camper, tent etc. Next to the paddock is a beautiful hillside of native forest with a few tracks to wander. It's well populated with bellbirds and whipbirds so there's a delightful soundtrack to sit and listen to. One on the list to return to.

Great open field with plenty of space. Was 4 campers sharing and was still lots of room and privacy. Mark is a good communicator as well. Would stay again.

Great place to stay. Choice of clear or shaded sites in a beautiful paddock setting. Easy access for our 8m (fiat) motorhome. Lovely and quiet with wallabies and wombat. Just what we needed after 5 months on the road, battling caravan parks and free camps. Thank you Mark!

So peaceful bell birds constantly ringing love it! Huge grassy area easy to get it to. Location is the best part so close to town. Full phone service. Very private and feels very safe.

There’s not much to say—it’s just an empty paddock to park in. I needed a spot for the night since I wasn’t familiar with the area and chose this place because it was cheap. No amenities, no water—just a basic paddock.

The host was genuinely quite lovely. Unfortunately we felt the cost of this hillside was extreme. There wasn’t really any flat sites. The photos indicated a river view which wasn’t realistic (perhaps taken from a different part of the property that we didn’t have access to). The grass was long. On the upside it was very close to the Oyster Farmer’s Daughter restaurant/bar which is well worth a visit.

Anchorage Farm Narooma
A last minute stop in Narooma had us looking for a campsite late in the day but Mark was quick to approve and welcome us to their paddock just 5 mins from the bridge! We had the whole place to ourselves, except for the visiting swamp wallabies and birdlife. We walked over to the neighbouring cows who were very friendly! It was a really peaceful night, firewood available to purchase and a great base for exploring Narooma and Tilba. Thankyou for hosting us Mark we will be back!

We loved our stay at The Anchorage.. originally booked for 3 nights but stayed for 4! A great place to base ourselves while we explored Narooma and surrounds. And lovely to come back in the afternoons to the sounds of birds and an open fire. Lots of walking tracks on the property to walk the dogs and explore. Will definitely be back.

Loved the location, so close to town yet feeling totally secluded. We were warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome. Beautiful green paddock with lots of wildlife around, would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely large site in an ideal location just 4km outside of Narooma. Only one other camping there when we went so loads of space plus there are fire pits and picnic benches to use. Would definitely go again.

Beautiful spot to camp. Big open paddock. We had the whole place to ourselves. Highly recommend and only 4km from the heart of Narooma. A must stay. The kids had so much fun flying their kites and watching the wallabies.

We stayed in the paddock with the dam and found a quiet, sheltered and shady site. Really peaceful with lots of inquisitive kangaroos.
