Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Our 40 acre property is home to four quiet, secure, exclusive river front sites on the mighty Clarence River. Boating, fishing and crabbing literally at your doorstep. And it's just a 15 minute drive into the towns of Yamba and Maclean. The campsites are situated right on the bank of the mighty Clarence River, perfectly suited for campers who enjoy the peace and quiet. Please note: Sites 1 and 2 are available for booking up to 3 months in advance. Sites 3 and 4 are only open for for booking up to 1 week in advance as long as the ground isn't too wet. Our property is inhabited by a few cattle and kangaroos and on occasions a couple of visiting brolgas. The private boat ramp is accessible at the main house which is about 100 metres from your campsite. You are welcome to make use of our canoe or kayak which are kept up at the main house. Pets are welcome but must be kept under control. Campfires are allowed permitting there are no restrictions in place. Each campsite has it's own firepit surround in which to light your camp fire. Firewood is available for purchase. Campers must bring their own toilet and be fully self sufficient. Leave the site as you found it and take all waste with you on departure. The campsite is accessible by 2WD and can accommodate caravans, campervans and camper trailers. The sites are generally level and grassy.

Always enjoy camping on Glenn & Zoe's manicured, well spaced campsites. Riverfront position with easy access for your kayak. Great fishing or just sitting at camp spotting dolphins.

I absolutely loved staying here. So close to town yet so nice and quiet. It's the perfect place to just unwind after the week. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location right on the Clarence River with the sound of the surf at Yamba in the distance. The sites are very well maintained with good spacing between each one. Zoe was a wonderful host and rate this campsite as one of the best that we have stayed at.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Zoe provided us with valuable recommendations for local attractions, which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. The location is serene and beautiful, ideally situated between Yamba and Maclean. For those interested, a ferry trip to Iluka followed by a walk through the rainforest is highly recommended. The campsite is well-designed, with spacious sites that offer a pleasant sense of privacy. Additionally, it was convenient to set up camp and enjoy the evening around a campfire by the river's edge.
