Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
We have a 55 acre property at the foot of the Dananbilla Range, a working farm with coloured Miniature Sheep, also pattable Galloway Cattle and calfs and Miniature and normal sized horses, donkeys, turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks and LOTS of Miniature Goats all very friendly. Around 200 handraised and tame animals and 200 birds. We are the largest and oldest Miniature Goat Stud in NSW.....all year round we have baby goats, turkeys, horses, cows, sheep...all hand raised and friendly. We often have babies on bottles and goats to milk and generally, the farm is a wonderful place to be for those who love animals. The State Forest that surrounds our farm is a wonderful experience for bushwalking and the views are outstanding with spectacular sunrises and sunsets to admire. There are endless amounts of native birds, kangaroos and wallabies to view and sometimes we see a local echidna or wombat. We provide a peaceful farm with loving animals who love human attention. Toilets and showers available. Sorry NO Dogs are permitted. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place. Firewood available to purchase per night load, delivered to your site.

This listing is for Day Visits only to Quamby Park Farm & Petting Zoo only.... NOT OVERNIGHT STAYS. What to expect booking your Day Visit: On arrival you will get a guided tour to meet the animals, takes around 20mins. then you are welcome to spend the day experiencing farm life or bushwalking and generally relaxing from your normal life routine. Pack a picnic lunch and spend a great day outdoors with your family on the farm. We have tables and chairs provided or you can walk up the paddock to soak in the views. We are a working farm with coloured Miniature Sheep, also Galloway Cattle and Miniature and normal sized horses, donkeys, turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks and LOTS of Miniature goats all friendly.

The Range is a higher elevation to Fairy Dale but still easily accessible. See the photos provided. The Range is backed against the forest of the back paddock adjacent to the Dananbilla State Forest. If you have a telescope to view the night time planets and gaze the constellations and stars, you will love it. We have a 55 acre property at the foot of the Dananbilla Range, a working farm with coloured sheep both Damaras and Miniatures, also Miniature Galloway Cattle and Miniature and normal sized horses, donkeys, turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks and LOTS of goats all friendly.

This campsite is easily accessible and only a short walk to the shower and toilet block near the farmhouse. Situated by a dry creek on flat ground near the forest trees, the site offers a comfortable and safe camping experience with a great view of the south-east panorama and a full view of the mountain behind our property being part of the Dananbilla Range. We have a 55 acre property at the foot of the Dananbilla Range, a working farm with coloured sheep both Damaras and Miniatures, also Miniature Galloway Cattle and Miniature and normal sized horses, donkeys, turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks and LOTS of goats all friendly.

The Bunkhouse is situated at the farm yard area with camp kitchen, table and chairs, relaxing lounge area, library, videos/dvd, games room. Shower area (hot/cold water), plus toilet. The Bunkhouse has one room available with a queen sized bed/2 singles, electric blankets, heater, fan, plenty of blankets, linen supplied. The Bunkhouse gives you close access to all the farm animals/activities/amenities. Available for our 'workshop stayers' or those just wanting a unique room setting, the Old School Bus is decked out with 1 queen bed and 6 single beds to sleep 8 people and is a wonderful way to stay over in a 'shared group' setting.The Old School Bus is situated near the amenities and camp kitchen for easy access.We supply all linen/blankets/pillows for your comfort but no electric blankets in this accommodation. Staying in the Old School Bus includes the use of the facilities and Farm Tour. Campsite 2 'The Range'
Amazing experience. Janelle and David do a great job keeping the property in shape and the animals happy and friendly. I would recommend this camping spot to anyone. So so many goats, sheep and birds as well as a few deers, donkies, cows and ponies.

Overall great experience, however they were v strict on no shoes in kitchen area it was so cold and not able to wear shoes there made it super cold. No BBQ this could have been added the site says no bbq however if we can have a camp fire I feel a bbq would be good. Loved the animals the goats so cute.

Campsite 2 'The Range'
We booked to stay for two nights however after the first night we decided to relocate our camp site due to rocky terrain which was unsuitable for camping. Despite this, we paid for the two nights and did not intend on requesting for a refund. Given this to be the case, we still wished to used the facilities. We were advised: 1. The Host owned the farm and we cannot come and leave as we please; 2. They have paid for insurances 3. We failed to notify them that we were leaving 4. We cannot return to the campsite or use the amenities First and foremost, we have paid for the service and don’t see why this would be an issue if we relocated off the camp site other than a blow to her ego. It’s like when you book to stay at a hotel, do you need to report to concierge every time we leave to go out? Secondly, the ad states there are toilets. Please note it is ONE TOILET, and was not in walking distance from our camp site either. Thirdly, the ad states that fires are allowed however we were advised by the Host that there are strictly no fires from October to March (misleading!) Because the host refused us entry on the second night, we requested for a refund and she refused to give us a refund which is most disappointing. We had young children with us which we explained to her. She continued to refuse to allow access to the petting zoo and amenities but thought it was appropriate to take our money. Unpleasant dealings and horrible person! take a second think with this Host!

Amazing experience of animals and a gorgeous place to camp. The opportunities to feed, cuddle and observe the animals was great for both young and old. The Range camping is rougher but absolutely worth it. We were able to get water from a stream, set up a shower and the fire was amazing.

Beautiful outlook especially at sunset. Janelle & David were very welcoming to us and showed amazing patience with our kids whilst they fed and milked the animals. THe kids loved it. Added bonus was the creek at the bottom of the access road! Well worth a trip.

Quamby Park Bunkhouse
We can't get enough of Quamby Park! This was our third trip staying at the bunkhouse with kids aged 6 and 11. Hosts Janelle and Cookie are so welcoming and share their knowledge freely, and there's always something going on at the farm to help with if you feel so inclined (I milked a goat this time). I love staying overnight to get the whole relaxed experience from dawn to dusk. Lots of opportunities for animal snuggles as they come up to you for a pat.

Great experience for my children
Old School Bus - Booking for large groups.
Bus was fun, but only good for sleeping in. Very hot during the day so we couldnt leave anything inside apart from clothing. Sharing kitchenette with peoole we didn't know was very tricky during covid times.

Fantastic stay! Janelle and David we’re both very welcoming and including with the animals. All the animals were very friendly and so patient with the kids. A great place for families. Can’t wait to go back

Janelle and David are wonderdul hosts! We really enjoyed our stay. Our girls were so happy the entire time! We felt welcomed.. The animals were loved and well taken care of. The camp site was private, had wonderdul views and was well kept.

Quamby Park Bunkhouse
We had a very enjoyable visit and stay at Quamby Park. The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The farm tour was very informative and we were given the option to be as involved as we wanted to be. Definitely worth a visit :-)

Great place to stay, We took our 2.5 year old and he loved it and the Goats loved him. I would recommend and i would return. Janelle was very accommodating and friendly. and the campsite was very private and clean.

Campsite 1 'Fairy Dale'
Children (7&9) were in seventh heaven and we hardly saw them, they went around helping with the feeding, their confidence around all the animals improved. Fairy Dale was ideal, peaceful and the views were great. Janelle was happy to spend time explaining what she was doing and answering questions.

Quamby Park Bunkhouse
We had such a fantastic stay. The boys loved every minute of it. Both Janelle & Dave were so friendly and welcoming. All the animals were so approachable and my usually anxious 7yr old felt happy and confident throughout the entire stay. We stayed in the 'bunk house' and loved it. We'll be back!
