On the Clarence Camping
Fantastic place to stay and easy camping. Peaceful and plenty of great camp spots to choose from. The river access was perfect for swimming and fishing. We will definitely return again.

Beautiful and private
This is a lovely place to camp as it has great views down the valley over the river. The property is well set up for off grid camping, multiple fire pits, hot shower and toilets if you need them and tank water for boiling. Mick popped in and said hello and shared a bit of knowledge about the location and his cattle herd. We had the place to ourselves for 2 nights and it was great. Lots of space made it very pleasant. I would recommend this camp site.

Not 2WD safe!
This campsite should not be listed as 2WD!! We had multiple 2WD’s seriously damaged let alone the 4D drives have flat tires to which we had to drive out to CASINO to get them fixed. Serious negligence of the drive way coming into the camp. I get the fun of 4Wd but when you have even 4Wd’s being damaged by the sharp rocks on the road it just totally spoils the experience.

We loved the camp site right on the river, we had an added bonus of the cows coming passed and grazing right in front of the camp sites each afternoon
